Condo vacation rentals in Eastern coast of Cantabria

Joseba is a great host who cares about making the stay as comfortable as possible possible. The apartment is very well located in the center of Noja, in a quiet area but close to the beaches and with supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance. The accommodation does not lack anything and has everything you need to spend a few days relaxing with an absolutely perfect temperature. All the flat is outside and very bright.

Luis was very attentive from the first moment. She offered to pick us up when arriving in Somo and showing us the apartment. Once the days went on, I kept asking if we needed anything. The area is very nice and despite having a slope you are close to downtown and the beach. The road becomes very easy and bearable. You don't have to take the car if you don't have to.

I was with my family at Ana Paula's place and we felt right at home. Own parking, garden with trampoline for children to play, very good location and a clean and tidy apartment. And Ana Paula was always attentive to what we needed!

Staying at Javier and Marga’s place was simply magnificent. Javier and Marga gave us such a warm welcome, provided us with helpful instructions and recommendations and left us fresh fruit, bread and drinks. The view from the apartment is breathtaking, you can sit in the living room or on the terrace for hours watching the sea and the surfers. The apartment is very cosy and superclean. It has everything you could wish for. The nearby beaches (Los Locos & La Concha) are easily reachable by foot and there are some nice restaurants clsoeby. We took surf lessons with a nearby surfing school (Los Locos) which was great as well. We would love to come back!

La Casa de las Flores is a beautiful, comfortable apartment, fully furnished, and including all modern amenities. Comillas' seafront and beach are easily accessible via a short stepped pathway close to the apartment neighbourhood, while the town centre is only a 10m walk away. Jorge was a wonderful host who kept us informed in the run-up to our vacation and was attentive throughout, providing pointers to local restaurants, experiences and activities both in and around Comillas. We especially enjoyed the apartment's private garden, and found the neighbourhood quiet and convenient during our stay (first half of June). Recommended.

We had a fantastic family time at Sonia's house, in which we felt right at home, literally. The apartment is super cozy, with a decoration that transmits peace and harmony, and with great taste, with an order and scrupulous cleaning. The area is very quiet but it was what we needed: beach front line, gym, park, bars and nearby supermarkets.. Best of all their owners, they make you feel as if you knew them. We had a problem as soon as we arrived and they fixed it very quickly. Departure was anticipated by circumstances and they facilitated everything, we left with great sorrow of having to leave the one that had been our vacation home. We also found some special details that we loved. Sonia is super close, kind, willing and affectionate. I have already recommended to several friends and family this place, because it was really a very important vacation (my son's first ones) and they were wonderful.

We had the pleasure of staying at Lourdes's place. Perfect apartment, very functional and well-located. Lourdes is very welcoming and very friendly. She gave us some very good local recommendations. We highly recommend it!

Encantados! Belén was a great host, she was always available and everything was easy on her part. The apartment is great and its terrace a gozada, it is very well located inside Somo and is a good starting point to get to know Cantabria. We'll be back!

We stayed in the house for a work in the area. The house has very good conditions. Communication was great. Everything worked well. We recommend.

Being able to park the car inside the compound was a huge plus, and the area is very quiet, ideal for resting. We loved our stay at Roberto’s large and spacious apartment. The apartment boasts a comfortable queen bed and large shower too! It was so easy to hop on the Metro just steps away from Roberto’s apartment to tour the fabulous city of Bilbao. Thank you Roberto!

Nahi is a great hostess! She accomodated my late arrival and was kind to bring some stuff for my cat. The apartment is spacious and neat, contains all necessary things to make you feel like home. The area is quite and cozy with some local shops and bars nearby. Highly recommend if you want to stay outside of busy city centre, and do not mind exploring Bilbao's surroundings.

The apartment matches the photos and description. It's also in perfect condition: clean and fully equipped. We really felt comfortable and at home, which is especially important when traveling with a baby. The place of parking is an added bonus. Recommended.

The apartment is well located, in a nearby area, walking, in the center of comillas but quiet, close to the CA-135 to take the A8 and move around. The house stands out for its careful decoration, cleanliness and comfort of its beds. Communication with Nuria was easy, valuable and very pleasant in the deal.

Come with 5 friends looking to enjoy cantabria and spend a relaxing weekend. The stay met the expectations, especially highlighting the garden and the barbecue. The accommodation is close to other villages of tourist interest and is located near the beach. The host was very pleasant at all times and catered to our needs

The place is just like the photos. Spacious, comfortable for a family. Grocery store and playground down the street. The garden is small but cozy, and the common areas of the development are spotless. Perfect place for a family with small children like us. Vanesa and her husband were very friendly and flexible with our questions and requests, and always answered very quickly.

Unfortunately I could not stay in Raúl's apartment because I was wrong about dates when booking. Although the reservation was non-refundable,I contacted Raúl to explain the problem and it took 10 minutes to call me to fix the problem. I had the bad luck that while we were managing the change of date to which I was interested in,another family booked it online in those 5 minutes so I was unable to make the change. Still, Raul agreed to give me the money back, which he is deeply honored as a person and as a host and I am very grateful to him. Next year I will try to be more attentive to make the reservation and be able to stay at their place.
