This granny flat is comfy and cozy. Jessica is very responsive to messages and is very friendly. The property is as described. With private entrance and street parking outside. The flat is clean and well maintained. Kitchen is well equipped with utensils and basic ingredients. However, the bed linen has some minor dirt spots on it. It would be even better if they provide a bathroom rug in bathroom. But everything else was great. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location for getting into the city and the airport! Very clean, Matt is a great host. It was very private my family and I were able to enjoy peacefully. Highly recommend
