Everything is beautifully located in the valley, Eberbach and Heidelberg are within easy reach. For hiking ( Neckarsteig) and cycling (Bikeländ Eberbach) a great starting point! The Sinsheim thermal baths and bathing world are also not far away!

Unser, im Stil eines Forsthauses, eingerichtetes Holzhaus garantiert Ihnen Ruhe und Entspannung vom Alltag und bietet eine optimale Ausgangslage um den Odenwald zu erkunden. Pure Entspannung bietet die neue Holzterrasse mit großer Sitzgruppe und einer wunderbaren Aussicht. Das Ferienhaus bietet mit ca. 120 m² großzügig Platz für 6 - 8 Personen.

In the sleepy village of Böllstein lies "the Ima," a cottage built in the 18th century as a farmhouse. After many conversions and expanses, the house is now equipped with three bedrooms ( 2 with doors and one with curtain), plus fireplace room, open kitchen, summer kitchen, open gallery and many books. A beautiful garden with three terraces, barbecue, fire bowl and sandpit are available to the large and small guests for relaxation. The house has up to 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, dining room, living room and a full kitchen, depending on the occupancy.
