Monthly Rentals in Eching

We booked two nights in this apartment and absolutely loved it! The apartment looks exactly like the pictures, everything you need is there! Transportation connection is simply brilliant!!! The only minus for me personally were the slanted walls, as the apartment is located in the attic. For my 1.90 m, this was a small problem. Otherwise absolutely completely satisfied!

i booked the accommodation for my father. He felt very comfortable in the quiet surroundings with the clean and bright room. Andreas is a nice, unobtrusive and helpful host. Glad to come back!

It was a perfect place for a couple to stay. The parking space, kitchen, sofa, shower facilities, washing machine, and dryer made everything very convenient. The location is ideal for visiting attractions around Munich. The host gave us kind and clear instructions, which made our stay even more pleasant. We really appreciated the capsule coffee they provided separately and the recommendation for a nice walking trail nearby. Highly recommended to other guests!

We had a wonderful stay at Achim and Elena’s beautiful home in Eching, Munich—not just once, but twice during our trip! We loved the property so much that we stayed from December 17-23 and returned again from January 6-11. Both Achim and his wife Elena were fantastic hosts. Elena greeted us during our first stay, which made us feel very welcomed right from the start. During our second stay, their thoughtfulness truly stood out—they graciously left meat in the fridge for us, knowing it was a holiday in Munich and supermarkets would be closed. This kind gesture went above and beyond and made us feel very cared for. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We highly recommend this beautiful property and would love to stay here again during a future visit to Munich!
