A nice break during the time of a training. This completely remodeled house, very clean, very well maintained and extremely well-equipped (bedding and kitchen) allowed us to find the calming and serenity needed in the evening. Its location gave us an air of vacation and we were able to enjoy walks and aperitif breaks on the beach. Thanks also to Celine and Sophie who provided the concierge and gave very good addresses. A very warm welcome and a house that is perfectly responsible for the listing. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. All amenities are easily accessible on foot. We had a great time in Avignon!

Great vacation thanks to paquito. A gd thank you for his hospitality and especially for his kindness. A host who folds in 4 as rarely to ensure that we are settled in, ms while remaining respectful and discreet. Perfect place, easy to park, clean and large. Machine, coffee maker, microwave ect on site and large areas 2min away, and La Rochelle 20min away. In short everything was perfect, a real tear of going home and again a big thank you to this host whom we warmly recommend

Very good stay at this place, very nice with family, with lots of games for the kids outside as well as the Jacuzzi to delight young and old.

Sandrine's place is as described, clean and comfortable. It is close to the Saint Laurent de la Prée train station which allows you to walk there and be able to go to Rochefort and La Rochelle without a car. Fouras beaches are 5 minutes away by car.

We had a wonderful week at the property Thanks to her daughter for the information on the area of Fouras as well as the nearby activity tips. Thank you also for the flexibility for check-in and check-out.

We had a lovely stay at Sabrina's. The apartment is very well-equipped, very well located, lulled by the waves, the passage of onlookers and the setting sun. It was a great discovery of the region!

Very clean and well-equipped apartment (everything is well thought out, there was even the blanket for the dog) The road is slightly noisy and you can hear the neighbors above at times. the check-in is late and the check-out is early, but it is clearly stated in the listing. we were able to come an hour rather what represents (3-11pm)

We had a pleasant week in a beautiful private and secure residence. Clean accommodation,very well equipped and perfectly located, the most pleasant the private pool in the residence and direct access to the sea, many opportunities for walks and shops and restaurants on foot. Very nice accommodation, well equipped , spacious and very bright in a quiet and green environment. Close to the beach and a bakery, press, not far from a U. store. Large shopping areas within a few minutes drive. Compliant with photos but in August there are no views of the lake!! Pedestrian or cycling trails downstairs from the apartment, beautiful hikes to do. Very good contact with the host although we did not meet. Interaction always nice. Thank you. We had a pleasant stay , lots of things to do nearby, La Rochelle, Île de Re, Rochefort, Surgères..., we recommend it!
