Stay on a farm in Skåne - Villa Mandelgren

Stay cozy and peaceful in an old half-timbered house from the 1800s. The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

The house has a large kitchen/living room, perfect for coziness and socializing. Not to mention how appealing it is to sit in front of the large open fireplace and just look into the flames. On a sunny day, the patio doors are opened and life outside is lived on the various terraces, where the garden also invites you to play and have fun. In addition to the sauna, which is heated with firewood, there is also an extra bedroom in the annex.

Villa Circus

Welcome to Villa Cirkus - a large villa of 247 sqm - with a unique character and playful decor. Nothing is fragile here and everyone is welcome! The house is located a few kilometers from Tylösand and a few hundred meters from the sea. The house has an open plan layout with large common areas. The beds are always made upon arrival, and towels and final cleaning are included in the booking. A large heated pool (5 x 10 m) is available from May to September. A hot tub (at least 38 degrees Celsius) with an adjacent sauna is available year-round.

The courtyard house is located in the middle of Laholm's older district, Gamleby. Here you live a stone's throw from charming Hästtorget. Through the gate from the garden, there is close access to the Lagan river, which is a popular place for salmon fishing. The guest house is located at the back of our house and is equipped with a separate smaller kitchen with dining area, bathroom, living room and sleeping area for four. A smaller patio is available next to the property. Close to the sea, lake, forest, ski resort and Bjäre Peninsula.

Stay comfortably in this nice accommodation, completed in the spring of 2023. From the accommodation, you can see magically beautiful sunsets. The beach is only a few minutes away and is accessed via a small path. Two larger bedrooms with double beds and a smaller one with an 80 cm bed that can easily be pulled out to a 160 cm bed. Fully-equipped modern kitchen with light and nice dining area. The accommodation is part of a semi-detached house but very well soundproofed and with separate patios that create a proper private sphere.

The farm is carefully renovated with natural materials and recycled materials, and our small-scale crops follow the rhythm of the seasons. Here, there is a quiet calm that many guests highlight – perfect for those who seek nature, silence and simplicity.

Living in the countryside

The farm is located along the west coast and is located in the middle between Copenhagen and Gothenburg and 15 minutes to the sea. The property has two apartments with extra detached rooms for larger groups (see more specified below). There are larger common areas such as a large fully-equipped kitchen with dining area for up to 25 guests and a large wooden deck just outside in a very pleasant garden to botanize in.
