House vacation rentals in Edge Hill

Had a great 4 nights relaxing after travelling up the east coast and between 5 of us the price was a really good deal

The property was perfect for myself, my husband and our toddler. It was great having our own pool to swim in. Just a short walk to the shops and such a beautiful view of the tropics. The outdoor bathroom was an added touch of character. The whole property felt like we were in Bali. Highly recommend if you want something a bit different to resort living!

Loved our stay in Whitfield! Perfectly located in a beautiful neighborhood. A bit cold this time for the pool though that didn't stop the kiddos! Our favorite was the veranda doors opening up and relaxing meals amongst the tropical trees. Would have loved to stay longer :)

We loved this house from the moment we walked through the door. Nadia was always on hand to answer any questions we had. My only observation is that the pool Is much smaller than we thought so more a plunge pool but it was still lovely. The house was in a great location and within walking distance on beach and some amazing restaurants. Would dif come backs

Our family of 8 adults had a fabulous time at Palm Paradiso, the house is in a perfect location, only minutes from Palm Cove and 5 minutes to coles which is very convenient. There is more than just the basics in the pantry which really helpful The Home itself has absolutely everything on offer with plenty to do in the games room and a wondeful pool which was a lovely relief from the heat. 2 seperate tv areas and every room is kept cool with air-conditioning and fans. Jake and team are very fast to respond with any enquiries leading up to and during our stay. We didn't want to leave!! Thankyou..we'll be back

We loved this place! We were a large intergenerational family, ranging from my senior mother to my 10year old son. The house is well distributed, easy access, private rooms and great communal areas, well suited everyone. The lovely swimming pool at the centre was a well enjoyed highlight. it is an easy walk to gorgeous Palm Cove beach and the lovely restaurants, cafes and wine bar. Easy drive from either Cairns or Port Douglas. Antje and Nikki were very responsive and always helpful. I highly recommend this stay!

Beautiful stay at this accommodation. Only a short walk from the beach with a lovely pool area for hot/humid days. Only a short walk from local shops and restaurants too. Fantastic area to stay to do tourist things as it is in the middle of a lot. Would stay again.

Our stay at Ari’s house was fantastic! A great, clean space with fully equipped kitchen and bbq facilities with outdoor dining space over looking the pool! Bedrooms are spacious with immaculately clean ensuites! Recommend this house for families as it was a perfect space to relax!!

Our family enjoy staying at David's so much we have been back 4 times. The pantry is well stocked. The living areas are large and comfortable. Undercover parking and a covered clothes line make dealing with wet season rain easy. There is also a good size internal laundry with a washing machine and separate dryer. All the bedrooms are a great size and the beds are comfortable. David's home is in a wonderful location. If you feel like a short walk the botanical Gardens and cafes are only minutes away. It's also only short drive to many of Cairns best attractions including the Sky rail and scenic railway, aquarium and lagoon. The location is also ideal, if you want to explore a little north of Cairns and visit Port Douglas, Mossman or the Daintree. You will also be well placed to vist Hartley's, and have an up close breakfast will the koalas. David's place is easily the best value in Edge Hill.

Fantastic stay. Great quiet location, close to everything we wanted to do as tourists and local shops, supermarkets and restaurants nearby. House was very clean and neat, and had all the inclusions to be able to cook and wash for a family of five for the nine days we were there. Pool was fantastic, gave the kids hours of fun - the only problem was they didn’t want to get out of the pool to go out and see the sights! Would definitely stay again if we come up that way again in the future.

I recently stayed at this incredible Airbnb, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience! From the moment we arrived, the place exceeded our expectations. The home was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. The attention to detail made it feel like a luxury hotel, yet with the comfort and warmth of a home away from home. The host was outstanding—super responsive, accommodating, and genuinely thoughtful. They provided excellent local tips, from nearby restaurants to hidden gems in the area, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location was perfect, tucked away in a quiet neighborhood but still close to everything we wanted to explore. Whether we were relaxing in the cozy living room, enjoying morning coffee at the pool-view backyard or winding down in the plush beds after a day of adventures, every part of the stay was pure bliss. I highly recommend this airbnb for anyone looking for a perfect blend of comfort.

What can I say other than it was a fantastic property! Our family of four and my brother visited for a surprise 70th birthday for our dad. Beautifully presented as described on the app (the pool was amazing with a huge outdoor entertaining area and newly landscaped), perfectly located in a quiet cul-de-sac between my parents flat, local beaches & restaurants; 20 mins from the CBD and 30 mins for Port Douglas. The house was spotless and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Nadia was a breeze to deal with and highly responsive to questions. Could not rate or recommend this property and host high enough! Thankyou for allowing us to stay in your home!

Kevin's house is really cozy, he lives on the first floor and we live on the second floor, there are very, very many cactus downstairs, can see that grandfather is really serious about the planting, and his motorcycle remodeling house hahahaha, especially cool!There was nothing wrong with the check-in at the house, Kevin was super enthusiastic, met us back and greeted, said hello, and see what we needed, really made our memories of Cairns even better😊 hope to be back in Cairns one day!

Absolutely amazing spot and great little cabin.

We really enjoyed our stay with Rod and Evelyn. The area was beautiful and the garden unit of the house was quite spacious and had more rooms than we needed. Our 5 yr old boys loved jumping on the trampoline and playing in the front and back yards, as well as watching the heritage pass by several times a day. The hosts were highly responsive and accommodating to our needs, as well as being friendly and offering local tips. Would definitely book again/recommend to others.

The hosts were very quick to respond and accommodating! The bungalow is located conveniently close to the main attraction points in Cairns. We loved having the luxury to stay in and have a home cooked meals on the days we were tired from being out in the water all day. All necessary commodities were available in this bungalow. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone who wants to explore Cairns and other beautiful spots around!

Beverley is a great host and very responsive. The house is big and spacious with plenty of rooms to accommodate everyone comfortably. We have enjoyed the superb swimming pool. The house was immaculately clean, spacious and welcoming. Definitely recommend it for any large families or groups of families to share.

after only staying a couple of nights I have already recommended Jacqueline's beautiful home to all my friends, while it is a little bit of a drive away from the CBD the beautiful location makes up for it with a peaceful ambience and wonderful view. the communication was amazing and check in was so easy and my partner and I are looking forward to coming back to stay again.

Had a wonderful family stay over Christmas and New Year at Clifton Beach in this property. It had all the amenities we required and we were able to enjoy some quality time with our extended family which we had not seen for 5 years.

We had a wonderful peaceful stay - it was so lovely being surrounded by the forest and wildlife. The house was very clean and comfortable. Melissa was a very likable host, and was very prompt in responding to messages. I'm very grateful for her help and recommendations when we had a short notice change of plan with part of our trip in Qld. Now that I've seen the place, I think we should have booked a longer stay so we could enjoy the surroundings more.

Patsy and Scott were amazing. Best hosts ever! Patsy was incredulous warm and had a welcome note AND got a Christmas gift and a lovely note for our kids … wonderful Place. Everyday we had breakfast with wallabies and Turkey! Just amazing place, perfect for kids and families. Patsy and Scott have a beautiful place and are lovely hosts - very warm and welcoming, would highly recommend the place!
