Merryhaven is a 2 bedroom ranch on 90 acres. Quiet and cozy. House is on a dead end road and tucked away. Edgecomb is peaceful. My house is half way between Boothbay and Damariscotta. There is a popular walking state park nearby that goes to the ocean on the River Road. The newly opened Francis Perkins Memorial is one of two federal sites in Maine and is just 3 miles down the River Road. The site has great hiking trails that take you to the ocean.
