Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

Steden als Assen, Leeuwarden en Groningen zijn goed te bereiken. Het huis is compleet en stijlvol ingericht en nodigt uit om lekker te ontspannen met een boek bij de open haard.

Relax in an oasis of greenery from spring to early autumn, a beautiful warm autumn feeling when the trees change color or seek coziness in the winter months. Furthermore, there are three national parks nearby, NP Weerribben Wieden, the Drents Friese Wold and the Dwingelderveld.
