A self-catering kitchen and a separate bathroom are located in the annex, for your own use (not in the family's house). We (Gesa and Christoph with our two children) live in the house on the property.

A pizzeria, an ice cream parlor, and an Indian restaurant are within walking distance. Beautiful destinations such as Lake Ammersee is a 20-minute drive away. Lake Starnberg very close.

We offer an apartment for 2 people, which is located on the outskirts between Augsburg and Friedberg. A sofa bed is also available in the living room. The small town of Friedberg is romantically situated on a hill and is always worth a visit. The train station (Augsburg-Hochzoll) can be reached on foot in 15 minutes, from where you can quickly reach Augsburg, Munich or the Allgäu. Culturally, there is plenty to explore. Small (approx. 25 sqm) basement apartment with private access and terrace (shared use), ideal as a craftsman's apartment. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials and offers plenty of storage space. The bathroom with window has a large shower. The single bed can be converted into a double bed and is therefore also suitable for two people. The TV is exclusively equipped with Apple TV (no SAT reception) and can be used with Netflix (own account required)

The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.
