The apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area and an adjoining bedroom. A large south-east balcony with views of the lake and mountains invites you to linger.

The 78 sqm 2-room apartment in the "House of Encounters" offers space for a cozy vacation experience for families/couples, friends and business travelers. In addition to a separate bedroom, there is a living room with a double sofa bed (TV, fireplace, access to the kitchen). The kitchen has basic equipment (+ dishwasher, fridge) as well as a typical Bavarian sitting area. The bathroom is equipped with two sinks, shower, bathtub, toilet & bidet. On top there is a mini balcony.

Our modern and cozy 3-room apartment is located on the east side of Fraueninsel in Lake Chiemsee. Two to max. 4 people can stay in our 70 sqm apartment. Because not only the bedroom with double bed, but also the cozy sofa bed in the living room with separate mattress (140 × 200 cm) offers all comforts. On the large balcony you can overlook Lake Chiemsee and the Chiemgau Alps. In less than 1 minute you can reach the shared meadow by the lake, with jetty and two sun loungers.

The Chiemsee beach is a 5-minute walk away. Outside the front door, you will find very well-developed cycling and hiking trails into the fields and moors. The modern furnished apartment is located on the ground floor of our small family house and radiates Tyrolean coziness. The beautiful view from the living area and terrace over the fields Achenkirch, directly to the Rofan Mountain range and the Seekarspitze, facilitates leaving behind everyday stress and invites you to enjoy and relax. Lake Achen, the largest lake in Tyrol, is 2 km away. The ski resort is within walking distance. The golf course is 1 km away.

Our apartment "Weitblick" was completed in April 2024. The apartment is located on the 1st floor - is also accessible by an elevator - and has 2 balconies, to the east, the other facing south, with a wonderful view of the rural surroundings and the Chiemgau Alps, which are often spectacular. The spacious apartment is lovingly decorated, the large garden and sauna can be used. Our house is surrounded by horse pastures in a quiet secluded location.

Only a few meters from Lake Chiemsee, very green and quiet – this is how our apartment Lula (adults only) is located. The cozy, light-flooded, high-quality modernized and lovingly furnished apartment offers all the comfort that makes for a relaxing vacation.
