A lovely stay in a quiet residential area, on the edge of a woodland and yet close to the vibrant city of Eindhoven; only a 15 minute drive (by private transport or taxi) from Eindhoven Airport! This beautiful 100+ year old villa is located in the city center of Eindhoven. Although it's very central, the neighbourhoud is very quiet and kid friendly. All needs are in walking distance. The facilities are perfect for single person, a couple, a family or a group and parking is free! There are 3 bedrooms and modern bathroom, 1 kitchen, a cozy livingroom and an extra large diningroom. The guest suite is located in the backyard of our plot, and can be reached via a side gate of our house. The studio has 2 single beds(80-200) and a cozy seat with 2 chairs. TV available. There is a kitchenette in which there is a microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle and fridge. It's not possible to cook extensively. There is a small dining table with 2 chairs. For the Guesthouse you have a small outdoor terrace with 2 seating areas.
