Monthly Rentals in San Juan

My daughter and I were so excited to stay at Victor’s property. The first thing we said when we arrived is how cozy it felt. We were exactly where we wanted to be in PR and felt right at home. Thank you Victor for the space and your hospitality.

Jose was an amazing host. He helped us find local spots, was very accommodating. We will definitely be back to book with him again. He was very genuine which is hard to find now a days. Price was great, location is nice and close to a few really good restaurants.

The place is as pictured. The host Lucy was very kind and made sure that everything was okay. My daughter got sick during our stay and Lucy volunteered to wash the blankets and the next day checked to see how my daughter was feeling. The neighborhood doesn’t look the best but we didn’t have any issues with the people there. This location is close to many activities if you have a car. The downside was that there wasn’t no outdoor sitting area to sit back and relax and take in the breeze or have a sip of tea. And the blackout with no generator. Hoping the food in the refrigerator doesn’t go bad and the unknown of when the power would go back on. Lucy offered an extension cord from her place next door to plug in a fan. Very thoughtful. Overall nice and comfortable stay.
