Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in El Grau de Moncofa

A spectacular stay with family, 4 people and 3 dogs. We stayed for a weekend and it was short. It was even better than we thought. The huge land, a very spacious house, clean and tidy, and a spectacular pool. Salva didn't put us any impediments on arrival or departure, very flexible and even helped us get there. Very responsive and kind. The house offers an impressive tranquility, it is phenomenal, it has a lot of garden and our 3 dogs have spent it big running around. Also everything is fine fenced and super safe for them. It has a BBQ area and all facilities are in pristine condition. It has been spectacular to be at Salva's house, and his attention even better. We'll do it again for sure. We were delighted, we couldn't have chosen better. Definitely met our expectations.

We had an amazing time at Alexandra's home! Communication was very smooth and extremely friendly, which is always very pleasant if you have any questions. The house has been completely renovated, and very nicely decorated. The location is ideal, within walking distance of metro and bus station to get into the city and within walking distance of the harbor/beach. It was wonderful to stay on the roof terrace, with beautiful southern plants. We stayed there during the "santa semana", and were able to experience these unique processions from very close in the streets of the neighborhood. Valencia stole our heart, if we come back with our group, we will definitely stay in Alexandra's house again.

We had a wonderful stay here. The place is spacious, the two bathrooms are a bonus and the patio space is incredible. It’s located on a nice quiet side street, but we were able to find parking just one block away. We enjoyed being able to walk to Turia park and lots of great cafes and restaurants. If you have kids there are several play parks within walking distance. We would book again without hesitation.

Antonio is a perfect host; he was very attentive to our needs and cared for us in everything. We will be back!

We have been here for 8 weeks, a "workation". Lovely to work without having a (social) agenda, which gives you all the time to yourself. The house is perfect, a lovely roof terrace for relaxing, restaurants and cafes within almost crawling distance. But the beach can also be reached in more than 10 minutes. The station is 5 minutes away, from there within 1.5 hours in the center of Valencia. Unfortunately, we also got to know "Dana", the most violent ever. with southern Valencia in the center. The house itself was perfectly fine. Finally, Gonzalo, the owner, rarely receive such quick responses for those few questions we've had. So the contact with him went quickly and completely well.

We had a wonderful time at Monica's house. The house is highly recommended for groups, well-distributed rooms (each with its own air conditioning). The bathrooms are also very comfortable and modern. The kitchen comes with everything you need and they have a small table on the terrace ideal for an outdoor meal. The place is a 10 and so was the communication with Monica who always responded quickly and left us all the clear instructions. We will definitely be back and recommend it.

A really good place to stay in Valencia. Francisco was very welcoming and helpful when we had to order a taxi etc.

This is a modern, very clean and well-appointed apartment in a good location. Easy to navigate to places in the city, plus with a convenient supermarket right on the same block. The host kept in touch to make sure we were happy and comfortable. After being out all day, it was truly part of the vacation to be able to come back and relax in this wonderful space!

Ambrosio's apartment is very nice. A few hundred meters from Patacona beach. 25-30 minutes by bike (or bus) to the center of Valencia. Flat has a balcony where you can eat and drink with 4 at the table. The balcony on the 2nd floor is on a large square where children play and a nice football field next to it. Only a side note about the pool at the apartment; they want peace and quiet - no running, jumping, no balls, chairs and attributes allowed, so unsuitable for our children. Fortunately, the sea is close by. Antonio responds quickly and is very helpful. A nice base near the sea and beach to explore Valencia!

Paul was a fantastic host. He was responsive to any and all enquiries, and helped to accommodate my party with flexible check in. As well as this, they provided many recommendations for local supermarkets, parking, restaurants and anything else you could need- a fantastic experience. I'd definitely recommend.

Complete accommodation (kitchen and bathroom supplies are an example of the kind) very clean with the beach and shops accessible in a few minutes while having direct access to the road to Valencia without forgetting public transport We would highly recommend.

I can't imagine a better place to stay. The apartment, with its two stories, has far more room than most of the units in the resort. Upstairs is so pleasant it is hard to leave. View of sea, coupled with Valencia in the distance, phenomenal. Inside, sparling clean, with everything one could ask for. TV selection wide. The indoor/outdoor cafe/restaurant on site with good food, staff helpful. Gated, the security is optimal. Across the street is the sea, a wide promenade adjacent, stretching for kilometers. Food shopping, other restaurants, close at hand. Gabriela, attentive, quick to reply, a helpful and good resource. All told, perfect.

Very nice location. Communication and check-in were uncomplicated, after initial language difficulties, about Maria and the Co Juan. Thanks to digital translator. The apartment is well laid out and also well appointed. Plenty of towels and linen provided. Beautiful balcony with great views of the sea. The oven was broken and caused short circuits. This was very well managed by Juan. The apartment was equipped with a brand new oven at short notice. We felt comfortable for 12 days and nights. Thank you
