Eric's home was amazing. Everything we had hoped for and more. It was so clean and comfortable. Everything was labeled and well thought out. It was so close to disneyland we could have walked but it was so easy to get an Uber and get dropped off at a great rate. The hot tub was incredible after a long day of walking. This has been my favorite Airbnb and we will definitely stay again on our next vacation. My only regret was not spending more time relaxing at this home and less at the parks. I can't say enough good things about our stay. Thank you and we hope to be back soon!

The house was clean and well-maintained, and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Our dog had a great time playing in the backyard by the pool.

Andrea's property was lovely and very inviting. We enjoyed our short stay there and would stay there again. The bed and sofa bed were both comfy and with the space heater (winter stay), the temperature was just right. There was even a vacation kitty that came to say hello each morning! All in all, we would definitely return!

Beautiful place, quiet and relaxed. Great conditions for children. No hazards, and safety precautions throughout the property. Great for big families !

This was my third time staying at this Airbnb, and it never disappoints. The space is perfect for a family – clean, cozy, and thoughtfully set up with everything we need to feel right at home. My family of 6 stayed for a quick vacation for a family event at the Beverly Hills hotel. This Airbnb was perfect and centrally located. We went shopping one day at The Grove, which is always a fun time. It was fun taking morning walks and looking at all the beautiful homes. There’s a cute French bakery within walking distance from the house named La Provence Patisserie & Cafe. It has a huge variety from full breakfast and lunch plus yummy bakery items. Deborah was very responsive during our stay.

Carmen was extremely wonderful and responsive. Lots of nice little touches that were not expected. Highly recommend

Great location for our adventures at Universal Studios. Easy to get Ubers and close to the airport. Beautiful and quiet neighborhood

This place was great! Private garage, large living room, comfy beds and outdoor balcony/patio - what more could you ask for! Overall our stay was great. David was very responsive and friendly. I ran into a WiFi issue since I work from home and David was quick to help! Location is walkable to local coffee shops and restaurants. Can’t beat the location for sure! Will definitely recommend!

Our family has stayed here several times now! Christopher is a phenomenal host and this home is consistently our favorite place to stay. Great proximity to everything Cali has to offer and very prompt responses from host. Can’t wait for our next stay!

We stayed for two nights at the adorable Golden Ave bungalow leading up to our first cruise on the Pacific side and our first time in Long Beach. We picked the bungalow because of its location to the cruise port and I love the character of 1950’s style homes. The California king in the bedroom was a nice surprise and comfortable! I also loved the shower and all the amenities. One day we walked over to the Potholder Cafe then from there to the Aquarium. To address a negative review, yes you can hear your surrounding neighbors at times during the day when they are outside but also keep in mind the house is older so insulation was diff then.

Loved staying here in Downey , mark was very respectful and very easy to get in contact with. Definitely would stay again !

if you are familiar with LA when it comes up to parking, this is the place you want to be because they have plenty of parking for your car😀

Judy was a great host. She communicated very well. She provided us with a lot of resources of things to do in the area. Even when she had work getting done at the house, you proactively reached out to us and let us know and I also did not interrupt the trip. Lastly, she cooked eggrolls for the family if you’re staying in the Anaheim area and you have children, I will definitely recommend June’s place especially for a kid friendly Airbnb.

Was in town for my graduation. Perfect spot for my family. Loved the neighborhood, short walk to the beach and local restaurants right around the corner. Walked to 7eleven around midnight and the neighborhood was safe. Taco stand outside local bar was delicious.

Stephen and Brian were wonderful hosts who made us feel right at home and we could not rate them highly enough. Pantry and fridge were well stocked which made our very tired selves so happy after a very long trip and we had a little welcome bottle of bubbles which made us feel very special. Rarely see such generosity in Airbnb's today - it was amazing. The bed was very comfortable and all amenities were of a high standard. We felt very private in the accommodation but so well located to places we wanted to see and to stores and restaurants. Both Stephen and Brian were very friendly and helpful and only too keen to help us if required. So good!

This was an AMAZING stay! Our 5 kids had an absolute blast in the pool, and, loved the rooms (and own TV! HA!) The life jackets and pool towels were really helpful, especially for pool and beach days. We loved the large couch and watched a ton of family movies. The kids also really enjoyed all the games provided, especially the large Jenga game :) The location of this home was PERFECT... Easy to get to Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, Huntington Beach, Irvine. Everything felt like it was within a 20 minutes drive. There's also a local grocery store that we frequented often! Our only wish is that there had been a BBQ, but, otherwise, literally had anything and everything we could have hoped for or needed!

This cozy little guesthouse was just what we were looking for! The space matched the photos exactly and felt like a private, peaceful cabin tucked into the city. Super convenient to get around - close to Pasadena, the Rose Bowl, and downtown LA. The binder with local tips and instructions was incredibly helpful, and everything we needed for a smooth stay was provided. Loved the fun touches like the Big Mouth Billy Bass - definitely brought back childhood memories! Jennifer was very responsive and thoughtful throughout. Would absolutely recommend and hope to stay again on our next trip to LA!

Our stay was great! The home is walking distance to many restaurants/bars and things to do. The home is comfortable and had everything we would need. Krizty was very communicative and flexible with our timeline while visiting. Great experience!

This was my second time staying at Ashai's property and it was just as amazing as the first time. Ashai is an incredible host who is very accommodating and responsive. I highly recommend anyone vacationing to Long Beach to stay in this house. The location is perfect, about 2-3 miles from the beach and it feels very private considering it is in a neighborhood. I look forward to staying here again in the future!

Enjoyed the stay. Very clean and spacious enough for us ( 2 adults 3 kids). beds were comfy. the kitchen was a plus even tho we didn't use it. I think if your looking for a kitchen this Airbnb would be a good fit. I'm new to LA so wasn't too sure about the neighborhood but it felt safe. And gate on property also made it safe. quiet location.
