Welcome to our brand new private studio. This tiny studio is perfect for a solo traveler. It has a private entry and is located behind a 1940 historical home in a quiet safe neighborhood. It has a sparkling clean bathroom and a kitchenette(no stove). The kitchenette has a mini fridge, microwave, toaster oven, electric kettle, and single brew coffee dispenser. The space is for a single guest and furnished with a high quality twin size bed , a full size table, and a full size chest drawers.

It takes 10 minutes to walk to Hmart supermarket and some restaurants, and 25 minutes to walk to Arcadia Mall. So it is just as convenient even if you don’t have a car

New pillow top mattresses and soft linens await you, while the sleek new counter desk makes for the perfect place to get work done. Definitely is very small for two people staying.
