Brand new apartment

It is a completely new apartment, located in the downtown area, on one of the main avenues that connect the north with the south of the city. There are convenience stores, restaurants, coffee shops, and more nearby. It is a safe area for walking, with excellent lighting, and access to public transportation. Cleaning: If guests require extra cleaning, there is an extra cost of $200.00. If they require a change of sheets or extra towels, there is an extra cost of $200.00

The house boasts the best of both worlds modern amenities in a stylish traditional setting, all within the beauty of gardens and breath-taking views of Lake Atitlan.

Serenity, nature and lush landscapes meet luxury here at Lakeview Lodge, nestled between the two Mayan villages of San Marcos La Laguna and Tzununa. It is perfectly suited for those who long for tranquility and privacy. It is just a 15 minute walk downhill (or a 5 minute tuktuk ride) to the popular hipster/holistic village of San Marcos La Laguna. From our road entrance up to the house there are 150 steps to hike, well worth it for the incredible view!

A cabin in the mountains

Rustic cabin in the mountains, unique accommodation, very close to the city. The cabin is quite small but we have everything you need for a comfortable stay and plenty of outdoor space to enjoy the countryside. Located in a safe area. We have a fire pit area. Most of the construction and decoration is with natural, recycled elements and rustic details.
