Έχει πρόσβαση σε αυτήν αυτοκίνητο έως την πόρτα του σπιτιού για Parking μικρής διαρκείας, απαγορεύεται όμως το 24ωρο. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται ακριβώς πάνω από την παραλία μόλις 100 μέτρα με πανοραμική θέα και φτάνεις 1 λεπτό κατεβαίνοντας σκαλοπάτια.

The beach is occupied with local fishermen cleaning their freshly caught fish on the small wharf, family and friends socializing at one of the cafes or eating at the local tavern.

Traditional house in modern architecture, built in 2008 in the most beautiful part of Kythira, in Kapsali. The house is located near the beach. It is a two floor maisonette. The entrance is in the front where there is a living room with a fire place connected directly with the kitchen and a small wc. The reach on the upper floor is through internal stairs. On the upper floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom, a balkony and a big terrace with magnificent sea view.
