The villa is located 50 m. from the sea, in the large private area of Capo d 'Arco, 5 km from the pretty Porto Azzurro, very lively in the evening. Immersed in a 6000 sqm garden full of Mediterranean scrub, centenary olive trees, pines, cypress trees and overlooking the cliff, has a relaxation area equipped with a swimming pool with salt water overlooking the bay and a 180° view of the sea. It is shared with the 4/6 guests of the Villa Principale present in the area. It's not a place for very lively children.

Napoleon used to come to Admiral Castelli's Palace. A newly renovated environment, located in a historical context a few steps from the central square, overlooking the sea, near the cathedral, away from the daily and nocturnal noise and yet inside the summer nightlife. Relaxing and comfortable.
