Very clean and comfortable condo. Very convenient to Purgatory and Durango. Amenities on property were fantastic to include the gym, hot tub and pools. The bed was very comfortable and so was the pullout sofa. Appreciated the great WiFi and smart TV. I overlooked some check in info and called the owner and got a quick response. It’s a great condo and I would definitely come back again.

Ned and Kristen’s lovely home was the perfect place for our spring ski trip. Warm, cozy and immaculate! The beds were super comfortable and slept hard after a day of skiing. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need for a meal in. Beautiful aspens surround the house, providing serene views from every window. I can’t say enough good things about our stay! First of all, the place is beautiful and secluded, so anyone that appreciates nature will love this guesthouse. Secondly, we got to soak up time with Hannah and Hank, the owner’s amazing dogs. We let them in the guesthouse and they made us feel right at home. The guesthouse itself is beautiful, private, and well appointed. We will definitely be back when we ski purg again. Thank you Traci, it was an unforgettable experience!

Beautiful location! We love coming to the Durango area to ski at Purgatory and this condo was just what we needed to have a relaxing stay. I saw some other reviews saying the hot tub was not working and I was hopeful it would be operational for our stay. Unfortunately, it was no longer there. Hopefully the property will replace it, although it did not look like it was going to happen.
