Our stay at Victor's was the best we've had on Airbnb to date. Dora is amazing, a strong woman with a wonderful life story, super helpful, always willing to help, loves to welcome guests into her home and makes us feel right at home! She gave us all the privacy we could have and helped us with everything! We got a warm, delicious carrot cake! We just love it! Super recommended! We'll be back for sure!

Very quiet place, we were very welcome by Maria and Valdir. Very clean environment, well-equipped kitchen and a very beautiful view of the lake.

Very nice space, well located and easy to access, good communication with the housekeeper and the hostess, we made some requests during the stay and we were answered.

Ricardo is an excellent host, always very kind, attentive, available and careful. Nair who helped us with the house is wonderful, very kind to us, excellent cook. We were very happy with the house, big, beautiful, very well cared for, had everything we needed. The condominium is excellent, in addition to being very safe, it also has several leisure spaces and even a market. It was my second stay there and I hope to come back again. I definitely recommend it to any family or group of friends who want to spend a great weekend or holiday.

The house is excellent, true to the description. All the rooms were very clean. We went with children and the elderly, and they all just loved the space. The kids loved the trampoline. But the difference was Fernando's receptivity. He was at our disposal throughout the stay. He was always concerned about whether we were okay and whether we needed anything. He took the kids to feed the chickens and for a night tour. They loved it. We will definitely come back more often and recommend the house to anyone who wants to have an excellent and peaceful stay.

The stay was great! The AP was very well organized, well clean and was exactly the same as in the pictures. The view is beautiful! Luiza always answered me quickly and carefully. We will definitely return!

In São Paulo I am used to waking up to the noises of cars, but there we are graced with the sound of nature. On one side we have a farm as a neighbor, and on the other, an extensive native forest. We spent Carnival 2025 with great joy and fun, and we felt welcomed in the space. Faberson lives up to superhost recognition. However, I leave some opportunities for improvements recorded: - Sunshine on the pool deck (that green sun court in one of the photos of the listing does not exist); - A second ceiling fan upstairs; village council - Renovation of the foosball; - TV in the barbecue area; - Tank or washing machine; - Lubrication on the doors of the bathrooms of the suites so as not to make noise when opening in the morning; - Replacement of the suite 3 sink, as it is very small. Even with these notes, I would return and recommend it to those who are in doubt about the location.

It was my second time staying here and again everything went super well. The apartment remains very functional, well equipped and comfortable, ideal for a longer stay. The rooms are well lit and airy, and the condominium offers a great structure, once again the laundry was a facility, as well as the market, made my routine very easy, the internet worked super well for the home office. It was by car, once again the locomotion was quiet, access to the Marginal, the center of Osasco and the main highways is very practical. Overall, it was a great experience again. I didn't extend the stay this time, but I would definitely come back at the next chance! Thanks for the hospitality !
