Blue House - Butterfly Room

Location, location, location!! The house/room is close to all you will want to do in Seattle. It is five minutes to downtown, the stadiums, Alki Beach,the water taxi, great West Seattle restaurants and shops, ten minutes to U of W and fifteen to the airport. The house is charming, circa 1908. The room has a new queen sized memory foam bed and a view. There is a mini living room/sitting room off of it that makes it like a suite and you have access to the rest of the house too.

Just a few minutes from Northgate mall, the link station and the freeway with downtown access, you can get anywhere in the city quickly. Peaceful Classic Seattle Neighborhood

This cozy bedroom with separate private bathroom accommodation is on the ground floor of a 3 story house. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood that overlooks beautiful Green Lake, a short 10-minute walk down the hill. There is plenty of free parking on the street. The neighborhood is blessed with views of the Olympic Mountains, Mt. Rainier, and downtown Seattle. Access to the city center is easy by car or bus/ light rail.

A wall of windows lets the sun shine in on your cozy private room. Private bathroom complete with heated floors and tub (+shower). Kitchen equipped with coffee/tea, plates, silverware, cups, sink, microwave and mini-fridge. There is a table and chairs to work/eat. We follow all the updated cleaning protocols. We are both fully vaccinated and require all guests to be, too.

Room B - Bedroom with backyard access

Please read before booking. it's one of the rooms in a basement apartment. This room is completely above the ground with its own independent entrance in the backyard. The bedroom comes with a queen bed, closet and a office desk. Will need to share bathroom, kitchen and living room with two other bedrooms. streetside parking spaces available right in front of the house.
