Jay and Roni were wonderful and attentive hosts when we found ourselves in between places with 3 furry friends. They are kind and helpful and their place was a life saver for us. We also enjoyed all the windows and natural light and the proximity to the city. Quick and easy commute. Also great coffee shop around the corner named Hidden Grounds with great hours for commuters.

Stayed in this townhouse as a digital nomad, and I had an excellent experience overall. Host: exceptionally communicative and responsive, promptly answering all my questions before and during my stay through text and email. This level of communication made the entire experience smooth and hassle-free. Bedroom: spacious, likely comparable to a master bedroom. While common area access is limited (except for kitchen/bathroom/laundry), the bedroom was large enough to accommodate most daily activities comfortably. The house is well-maintained with common areas cleaned weekly and the bedroom cleaned monthly. Location: Jersey City is famous for as a commuting city to Downtown Manhattan while still providing good amenities locally. For those primarily interested in exploring NYC for fun, Brooklyn or Queens might be more culturally vibrant. However, if you're seriously considering relocating to NYC, or have decided so but need time to find housing, this place is ideal for you
