We are located 1.5 miles from Southwest Harbor, 15+ minutes from the Bar Harbor and Entrance to Acadia National Park,and a few minutes from the Park on this side.

It is a totally new contemporary structure that is based on the design style of a monitor barn - which aimed to maximize space and improve the living conditions for animals housed inside the barn, or in this case people. This 3000sq ft house has a private float and boat just a quick walk from house. Two decks from off the master bedroom ( both with views of mountain) with a king size bed and a meditation room that has a futon sleeper. A sleeping loft on third floor if needed. A bedroom on first floor with a queen. The huge finished basement has a partitioned queen bedroom, a complete gym and exercise area and sleeper sofa. So there is one king. Two queens and a fold out double, a futon and a couch.
