New cottage in the absolute 1st row and private beach at Musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50 m2 and with a 10 m2 annex. The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

Summer house in the woods 75 m from the beach.

Sydfyn near Lundeborg. Over 26 years and Max. 4 persons. The holiday home is 48m2, 2 rooms, kitchen-living room, bathroom, washing machine, dishwasher and with a good located on sunny ground, 75-100. Meter via path to very nice and child friendly beach in the forest. There is a playground and a ball court in the area. Perfect for kayaking and sup tables, swimming, fishing and play. A larger tipi/glamping tent may be installed on the site during the summer period. The secondary schools in Oure and Vejstrup are close to Elsehoved.

Bindingsverkshus in small Lejbølle town. Come back in time with lots of patina and low ceilings. 3 wood-burning stoves for coziness, there are no heat sources (there is a heat pump). Behind the garden is enclosed, barbecue, fire pit and old smithy iron stove for decoration. There are games and music facilities (AUX plug Iphone is there). The house has 55” flat screen and wifi all beds are Hästens beds, minimum Superior. I have several houses in Langeland but this is unconditionally the coziest with a sense of “old days”.

Fiskerhuset Åbyskov, 15 m to the water, near Svendborg

Enjoy the view of the field and beach from one of the house's 5 terraces. Jump in the waves from the house jetty. Eat your breakfast while the sun rises over the sea and experience nature waking up. Relax in this unique and quiet home, where there is also fast internet and the possibility of office work with sea views. The house is from 1869 and lovingly renovated, with underfloor heating throughout the house, large nice bathroom, new open kitchen, cozy living room, entrance and 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor.

Cottage directly by the water. Idyllic little cottage of 15 m2 located on 900 m2 of secluded land. The house is located at beautiful Elsehoved 3 km south of Lundeborg, and with both forest and water as a neighbor. The house is well furnished with a separate toilet. Please note that there is only a shower outside. This is with shielding and hot water. There is a fireplace with pots and pans. In addition, 2 sea kayaks and SUP boards for free use. The bed is a sofa bed with the option of using a top mattress.

Boathouse

Home away from home... Lean back, enjoy the view, and let the calm descend. The double patio door gives you the opportunity to open up, out to the water, as well as to go out on the private terrace, where your own outdoor shower is available in the summer. There is a table oven, stove, coffee maker, refrigerator with small freezer in the kitchen. Only 300 meters to the water, where there is a sandy beach. The boathouse is a separate residence from the main house, where I live with my 2 cats.

Unique 30 m2 Tiny House by the lake.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Kitchen: There are two hotplates, fridge with small freezer, fully equipped kitchen. Barbecue in the garden

Charming apartment located in a listed farm house. The apartment is situated in a scenic area 1km from the sea and 10km from the old town of Svendborg. The apartment is ideal for exploration of the "ø-havsstien" walking trail and as a family "get a way" in the country side. Some of Denmarks most beautiful nature. The house lies on a smal road with no traffic. The apartment is a part of a traditional farm. It is build as a "modern house" inside the farm and has seperate entrances and garden.

This idyllic and spacious property (94 sq. meters on two floors) has unobstructed views of the south Funen archipelago – in fact, nature is your only and closest neighbor. Treat yourself to a few days away from it all! All beds will be made for your arrival. We supply crisp white linen and fresh towels (beach towels too) for all our guests.

Staying in our 75 square meter vacation apartment gives our guests a very special sense of vacation. When you open doors and windows, the sounds of the forest, the garden and the sea birds flow in. A scent of fresh sea air meets your nostrils. Our guests also experience the light as something very special. Especially when the evening sun sends its rays down on the surrounding islands, you have to pinch yourself to make sure you're not dreaming.
