This 40-m² holiday apartment is located in a quiet, idyllic setting on our three-sided farm. When you step out of the apartment, you are immediately on the terrace that belongs to your apartment. The two beds are 1 metre wide and 2 metres long. One sofa bed is 2 × 2 metres and is very comfortable as a third bed. You can hike through the vineyards in 15 minutes and reach Seußlitzer Castle. The Elbe Cycle Path is only 400 metres from our place, and you can relax in the Goltzscha natural swimming pool. Perfect. Parking spaces and Two bicycles are free of charge.

We invite you to our beautiful vacation home with approx. 80 square meters of living space & terrace. The fully equipped kitchen with adjoining dining room, 3 bedrooms (first floor/attic) and a cozy living room invite you to linger. In addition to a modern bathroom (first floor) with shower, tub, underfloor heating and hairdryer, a separate toilet (attic floor) is also available. For the little ones, a trampoline, swing, sandbox, playhouse with slide and a playground are available in the garden.

The vacation home has a large living room with a built-in kitchen, dining area and access to the terrace. On the first floor, there is also the wardrobe and a bathroom with shower. On the 1st floor there is a beautiful and bright bedroom and a bathroom with tub. In the attic there is the second modern bedroom, which can be used for a booking for 2 people with prior arrangement for an extra charge of €20.

The old building has been renovated with a lot of care and attention to detail and offers all the amenities you need to feel good on about 60 m². Sustainable and natural materials were used and so, for example, the field stone construction has also remained an eye-catcher inside.
