Vacation rentals with a patio in Emmet County

Nicest property I have ever rented. The rooftop deck was incredible, including the container plunge pool. Super awesome. Best place to watch sunrise in Charlevoix.

Everything was absolutely amazing. They were flexible, accommodating, and understanding. The place is absolutely beautiful, just don’t forget to pack a sweatshirt as it gets a bit chillier than we expected at night. Great place to stay and hoping to go back soon!

The place is very cosy. The king size bed is super comfortable and the couch is comfortable as well. The kitchen is well stocked and Todd even left couple bottles of wine for us. A very pleasant stay overall.

Andrew was very responsive and helpful! The place was in a great location, right downtown, walkable to restaurants and shops, right next to the lake. Would definitely recommend 🙂

This Airbnb was amazing and the location was perfect. Everything was very clean and anything needed for a comfortable stay was provided. Highly recommend!!!

We stayed Labor Day weekend. It was walkable to downtown Charlevoix. Place was clean and worked well for two adults and two teens.

Had to work on the Mackinac Island, and this place was perfect for when I came home and relaxed it was a little cold, but I would love to rent a boat on the beautiful lake we were next to. good food, places around there and close to Petoskey. The place was very updated with a lot of new technology and products there loved it. I hope to rent it again in the future.

Matthew's place had everything we needed for our stay. A lovely home and all the thoughtful touches made and comfortable bed coverings made us feel welcomed. Walkable to the grocery and restaurants downtown. Charlevoix was our mid-point for day tripping to Leland and Petoskey to the shores and beaches. We would stay again.

Great amount of space & separation of master from 2 additional bedrooms. Beds very comfortable. Pictures of Island & city were a nice local touch. Luggage rack in each bedroom & plenty of hangers. Both a nice sized front porch & a rear deck for relaxing & star gazing. Rural feel but close to town & destination locations (Mackinac Island & Tahquamenon Falls) and a walking audio history tour of St Ignace.

Brielle was very responsive and was even able to get us early check-in. The place is nice and close to downtown Harbor Springs.

The house was beautiful and actually more spacious than expected. Plenty of room for 3 adults and two kids. Off street parking was great. Derek was very responsive and helpful. Great water pressure, nice kitchen to cook in, lots of restaurants/shops within walking distance, and a nice neighborhood. We would stay again if in the area.

Great location, especially for events/weddings at Castle Farms. Quiet location and plenty of parking. More than enough rooms for the wedding party. The lower bedrooms had glass doors so that the living, dining and kitchen wouldn’t disturb them. The upper bedrooms were great for groomsmen and bridesmaids. We had lots of snow but can imagine how nice it looks when things are green. The only hiccup was not reading all the details about checking in requirements. They used Happy Guest which required a sign up fee and $1000 deposit in order to get code for the door. We figured it out, had it downloaded, paid and got the door code while in their driveway. Overall a great trip and stay.

We stayed with our extended family for a ski trip and really enjoyed the hot tub, spacious accomodations, and how well stocked the kitchen was with plates, dishes, many coffee options and creamer. The host was very responsive! The games in the basement were also fun and we wish we had more downtime to enjoy them more. There are so many seating areas so everyone can be cozy and not feel like we're all on top of each other. It accommodated our group of 9 (with kids) very well! Our kids liked the Airbnb and left reviews in their guest book! We would definitely stay here again so we can have another ski trip!

Maren could not have been more welcoming! There was a gift basket and a note for us on our arrival. Check in instructions were easy and clear. Location is in the woods on the Birchwood property. Quiet and peaceful. The structure felt like two apartments, the upper level with the fireplace, living area and dining room w/ kitchen, which was very well stocked and the lower level with seating area, kitchenette Aand walk out. Both levels had two bedrooms. Bathrooms were well stocked, with newly furnished contemporary/mid-century modern decor throughout. Our stay was during the winter so we did not take advantage of the large upper deck/balcony, but I imagine it would be lovely to sit out there in the summertime. I highly recommend staying at this cottage!

Very nice place, host communicated well, everything had specific instructions located next to it so there was no trouble figuring out how to use things. Was a little nervous having kids there with how nice it was decorated and all of the white furniture, but we had no issues. Very quiet, superbly comfortable beds, only road noise was the plow truck in the parking lot during and after the snow storm, but was appreciative that it was promptly cleared as our 2nd pickup doesn’t do so well in the deep snow

Lauren's condo was perfect for us. As seniors, we were glad to be in a unit with only the 3 steps at the entry. Cozy reading nook, comfortable bed .... would love to return.

Great condo - even brighter, cheerier, and roomier than pictured! Condo was clean, beds were comfortable, lots of linens and beach towels, games, well stocked kitchen.... and the view of the lake is fantastic! There were no neighbors when we were there so it was very quiet. Just minutes to Nub's Nob and the Highlands. Lots of choices for restaurants near by and good grocery store nearby. Host was ultra available and accommodating with lots of instructional / helpful signage throughout the condo, lots of extras!!! Thanks for a great stay! Looking forward to going back!!

We had a brief but pleasant stay at this condo! Home was well stocked, clean, and had any amenity you could hope for during a short stay. Worked great for our small group. I would recommend booking and would certainly stay again.

Had a wonderful stay at Harbor Cove! Condo was spacious, quiet and well equipped. Loved having access to the private beach and pool areas! Would love to return!
