Centrally located - great dining options, famous Tunnel of Trees, and the quaint town of Harbor Springs!

Summer in Northern Michigan is all about fresh air, lake days, golden evenings, small-town exploring, and slow mornings with coffee and birdwatching. Our peaceful Petoskey/Alanson-area retreat is a comfy home base for hiking, biking, and fishing/ kayaking—and also for shopping, dining, and scenic drives. Come home each evening to relax under a starlight canopy and s'mores at the fire pit. We’re booked for much of the season, but cancellations happen—and it’s never too early to plan ahead!

True North Cabin

Newly remodeled one bedroom cabin located in Carp Lake. The cabin is in a residential neighborhood directly off US 31. The cabin is located 6 miles south of Mackinaw City. This property has a shared access to Paradise Lake which is located at the intersection of Wheeling Road and Paradise Trail ( about a 2 minute walk). The cabin is also located directly across from the North Western State Trail, which is a hiking and biking trail in the summer and snowmobile trail in the winter.

Our incredibly special rustic vacation cottage is directly on the beautiful Lake Charlevoix, with a private beach and dock. We only rent for part of the season and hope that your families can create wonderful memories here too. For over 100 years our family has been coming here, and there are other family cabins along the lake. Enjoy non-stop swimming, lake activities, falling asleep to the sounds of the waves, dinners outside, walks along the beach and more.

This cabin with direct trail access is the perfect place to access trails or just relax. Plenty of outdoor space with an outdoor firepit and trails. Just minutes to Petoskey, this cabin is a great spot for day trips to surrounding cities. Boyne City and Harbor Springs are a quick trip or just hang at the cabin and enjoy the peace and quiet. Tomahawk Trail access. This is a shared property with 2 other cabins, each having its own outdoor and parking areas.
