Parties and events with loud music and excessive alcohol are strictly forbidden, as it is not suited or acceptable.

It has a ground floor with direct exit to the courtyard with kitchen, bathroom and living room and first floor open with double bed. From there, you will access an open space in which you will not find anything missing. 2 terraces for your exclusive use The pool, barbecue, solarium and patio are shared with my granddaughter and me. In summer, my family may also be there, always respecting the privacy of the guests.
