Location is perfect for walking to KU campus. It was very clean. Perfect for our fur babies. Spacious home with updated amenities throughout. It was everything we wanted for our stay over the Thanksgiving holiday.

This was a perfect space for my dog and me on our roadtrip from CO to Indianapolis. Susan’s place was so cute, located in a safe neighborhood (very important to me because I had a ton of important stuff in my car I was moving) and the bed was so comfortable and I appreciated the window AC unit so I could control the temperature. Highly recommend!

Had a lovely stay here over the weekend for Unbound; the dogs are very friendly and Brenda was a great host, even taking my spare wheels to the LBS to get posted back after I forgot then in the garage!

Beautiful home in a perfect, quiet setting and within minutes of the ballpark in Lawrence. Very friendly hosts. Felt right at home. Cleanliness was top notch. Bed was very comfortable. Will stay here again for sure. Thank you for the great hospitality.

Super cozy home! Upon entering it felt like we were right at home. Instructions were very detailed along with recommendations of places to go. Beds were super comfortable (it was like sleeping on clouds). Thank you for being such incredible hosts!

Beautiful clean country cottage in small town. Loved the antiques and quilts in home. Tv had sports channels I watched. Easy walking distance to downtown. Hostess responded quickly to calls and texts. She is very friendly. So peaceful and quiet in neighborhood. Loved this house!

Once again a great weekend in Emporia! We love Brandons place, perfect for our family of 5. Clean, extra amenities, super comfy beds, quiet neighborhood. This was our second stay and we will always request to stay here!

I have stayed in Kim's apartments several times. I have always enjoyed. Only suggestion, put a brighter lightbulb l above the door that goes into the apartment. We checked in after dark, and it was extremely hard to read the numbers on the keypad. Other than that, it was a very good experience.

Our stay with Erich and Amy was nothing short of delightful in every way. From our delayed arrival, clear instructions to access the property, parking, delicious coffee, restaurant recommendations and more, we were pleasantly pleased with every aspect of our stay.

I grew up in Emporia and my parents lived six blocks from the Gufler Mansion for many years, and I walked by it often from their home to Emporia State University. I finally had a chance to stay in this beautiful house, and I'm so glad I did. Brad and Susan were the perfect hosts, kind and accommodating, as was their associate Selena. There was a large bridal shower happening when I arrived, and a group was setting up for a wedding that evening, but Brad still managed to make time to give several of us a tour of the house, from the third floor to the basement. My room was lovely, and I enjoyed a quiet evening reading a book from the library. Highly recommend a stay here, should you be lucky enough to find a room available. I can't wait to come back -- and I'll stay longer next time.

I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. A beautiful house and loved the way the sunflower room was set up. The bed was extremely comfortable! I would definitely stay here again. My host Sharon was very nice and served a delicious breakfast. The house was spotless and well maintained.

In the Rose Garden room, there is a luggage rack, full length mirror, chair & a tall queen sized bed. There is a keypad lock on the bedroom door. The restroom is across the hall. This room is a corner room upstairs with a typical older home staircase & rail. There is a cute shared space with a table & chairs downstairs. Parking is on the street. The bed & breakfast is in a quiet neighborhood at the edge of town. Jeanette's pastries at the bakery are delicious! She was very quick to respond to any messages sent to her & was very nice in person. This was a great last minute overnight stay!

Cat's place was nice and quiet. the bed was comfortable and both the room and bathroom were clean and cozy. Cat was very nice and helpful. I would stay there again in the future!

Very much enjoyed the novelty, comfort, and serenity of this farm home. Very quiet, peaceful, homey and comfy with lots of amenities, including fresh homemade bread and (if the hens are not on strike) fresh farm eggs. Hosts are A+ in responsiveness and proactive with communication (an 8” snowfall came just 3 days before our arrival, and we received timely and helpful status reports about road conditions). Were in town for a February wedding this time but would love to return in the summer or fall!

Tim was a great host! Best breakfast in Manhattan! Location was perfect and he had so much knowledge about the local area and provide sightseeing and restaurant recommendations. Will definitely stay with Tim again.
