Terrace for 4 people to enjoy a good meal. Large common area with a summer lounge, accessible only to 14 apartments, making it very quiet. 2 bedrooms for 4 people to sleep comfortably. The sofa has a bed inside. It has a dishwasher, 2 refrigerators, a gas stove, a washer and a dryer.
