Very friendly and communicated well and quickly. They regularly changed the sheets and towels for our long stay. The space was very nice, exactly as the pictures show. The location is great. It is quiet but also has the beautiful avenue with a park and the edge of downtown next door. The Villa Sarita neighborhood is very nice with everything you need.

Highly recommended! The apartment comes with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The views of the Paraná River are amazing. On the rooftop there is a large pool to enjoy along with the view of the international port that connects Posadas with Encarnacion (Paraguay). Sergio Esteban is always very attentive and willing to help. We really enjoyed the apartment. We will be back for sure.

Lucia was extremely flexible and she offered fantastic information about local tourist attractions. Comfortable and convenient. Only issue was the wi fi signal was not very strong in the apartment. excellent stay all round.

Good location, one block from the central helmet, close to La Placita and the Costanera

Great location and fair price. It is close to the bars and surroundings of Costaneira, being a great option for short periods. The air conditioning in the room is very good, it cools super well and quickly. The only suggestion would be to put the presence of an extra fee for parking in the building, which was not described in the apartment listing.

The hostel is beautiful, cozy and with everything you need for your stay. The access by the stairs is a negative point if you carry a lot of luggage, but when you arrive at the apartment, it makes up for it. Rodrigo is always attentive to my questions and needs, as well as Raquel who was patient with all the doubts and misunderstood with the images of the listing. The location and the bedroom were all I needed for the days I was staying. Thank you Raquel, Rodrigo and the cleaning lady (I don't remember your name) for the excellent service.

Aspect to improve : 1- The host must be more attentive to inquiries from the guest. 2- You must send the exact location and specifications for the arrival of the same. 3- Leave the Guest's name on guard and the apartment number that corresponds to him.

Everything this property was promised-was absolutely true. Apartment was comfortable and clean. View from balcony and bedroom was outstanding. A couple little hiccups with property staff with friendliness issues only to be rectified by others who went above and beyond to be helpful. The on site host(ess) was great: helpful, knowledgeable and prompt with important information as needed. This is a great property located in a great location of a growing and active city.
