Lovely, typical Ardennes gîte with charming surroundings and plenty of hiking opportunities nearby. The gîte itself was exceptionally clean and tidy, and the host, who lives next door, was very helpful—no request was too much! When we arrived, the wood stove was already burning, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Also a big plus that doggies are welcome. One small critique: the Wi-Fi signal is quite weak, although this is mentioned in the listing description + the owner is planning to improve this. Overall, I would definitely recommend this Airbnb gîte for a relaxing and nature-filled getaway!

Super nice apartment. Large, light and very clean. The kitchen was very clean (the oven seemed to be completely unused). The only thing we weren't sure about was whether the dishwasher had to be unloaded on departure. We found everything we needed, so for us there was definitely plenty of kitchen supplies. The bathroom is very clean and convenient that there was a soap dispenser. We were 3 people so we used the sofa bed too. No sagging mattress and nice and firm. The bed slept wonderfully too. Bedding and towels were provided. Heating was nice when we arrived. The apartment is super well located, close to the bakery and supermarket, but also parking where you can also park without a parking disc. We only had some trouble with the construction work next to the house on Saturday morning, but that is of course not foreseeable or preventable. The stairs are steep, but for us that was still okay. We highly recommend this!

A nice chalet to come as a family! Quiet area and close to La roche and ardennes.
