Modern, appealing apartment in a central and quiet location with terrace. Close to restaurants, supermarkets and bakery. The small park "im Spring" diagonally opposite entices you to take a walk in the countryside. The beautiful Lake Möhne is only about 12 km away and invites you to swim. Various water sports such as sailing, surfing, stand-up paddling and pedal boating are possible. Pretty cafes and restaurants offer a culinary variety and complete the visit.

The spacious accommodation is suitable for families, friends or couples. The house is located in a quiet residential area. The forest and the golf course (with public restaurant) are 2 minutes by foot. The Ruhr Valley Cycle Trail leads through Neheim-Hüsten, making it ideally suited for cyclists as a stopover. There is a lot to explore by car within half an hour, such as the Sorpe and Möhnetal dams, the old town of Arnsberg and also the historic town of Soest.
