Beach condo vacation rentals in Enseada

It was all right. We found it easily, the desk was already there to greet us, the apartment was clean and smelly. It had good cooking utensils and linens on the beds. The apartment surprised me because in the photos the room looked small, but it was slightly larger than I expected. We settled well. Facing a more “deserted” beach, very quiet, and we went in high season (new year). Just cross the street and you are already on the beach, this made it very easy because to go to others it was a small stress with traffic and to find a place to park because the city was full, so for me it was very worth it mainly because it was very close to one of the beaches. In short we had an excellent stay, all questions and msg were answered quickly.

Great stay, space, and hosts. Very nice place, tidy, clean, close to the beach. I was also surprised by the courtesies I did not count on. I thank the hostess for the reception and stay. Thank you very much. I recommend it to all.

The location is excellent, half a block from the most beautiful beach in Sao Francisco, the apartment is very complete and comfortable for 4 people or a couple and 2 children. The only disadvantage is that the single beds were very uncomfortable, expired mattresses... the double bed on the other hand was very comfortable. The only thing to improve, otherwise a 10.

I was with my husband, my sister and my 2 children in the apartment and we will definitely return other times. An excellent place to go with children, quiet neighborhood, there is everything nearby (supermarket on the corner, pharmacy in front, restaurant, pizzeria, ice cream shop nearby). The apartment was very clean and organized when we arrived; check-in and check-out without worries as it has a 24-hour porter in the building. And Claudia as host was more than we expected: extremely solicitous and kind, always quickly answering any questions I had. We preferred to stay at the central beach, but this was not a problem, since in less than 10 minutes we would get there. I recommend it with my eyes closed!

Excellent! The house is part of a gated community of houses rented on the platform. We stayed at the Ostra house, which is the largest, has two bathrooms and a private garden in front of the balcony. In addition to the amenities of the house, we were able to enjoy the swimming pool and laundry, which are for common use. The place is fenced, safe and very well maintained by the owner. It's 3 blocks from the beach.

Positives: the property is new, clean and organized, the building is safe and quiet, it is very well located and has several options of places that can be done on foot, has alarm the apartment and the swimming pool with the leisure area is very good! Even though it has only one garage, the other car of ours was on the street and the region is very safe. The apartment is very well equipped and all the appliance items were working! Situations that must be scored: there are two bathrooms, but they cannot be used together for bathing, perhaps by water pressure. The air conditioning of the living room was not freezing, but the apartment is quite airy because it is on the 5th floor. The alarm is always triggered by the residents, sometimes it can trigger fire in several hours of the day. Host Sheila is very soliciting, you've answered all our questions and was always on standby to help! I recommend and stay more often! Thanks for the reception Sheila!

Clau is an excellent host, she made us feel comfortable in the apartment that met all our expectations. The condominium has several accommodations and everything is very clean and organized. We'll definitely be back more often.

The ap is delicious! Comfort and privacy, the balcony faces the lawn of the outside of the condominium, gives an impression of being home… The rooms and very comfortable beds, equipped kitchen, showers a delight and the air conditioning worked perfectly, my family and I were extremely satisfied!!! To go to the beach is just across the street, there are restaurants in front of the condominium and a super market next door, nor was it necessary to use a car. Clau a dear, very solicitous and answered all our doubts with precision, we would definitely come back more often!

Great area. Exactly as in the pictures. The house is within a condominium, with a collective pool, children's space, collective laundry. We were delighted with the possibility of using spices or herbs for fresh tea. Atendimento is very fast and the information is well organized. Super recommend it. we'll be back for sure.
