Beach condo vacation rentals in Enseada

It was all right. We found it easily, the desk was already there to greet us, the apartment was clean and smelly. It had good cooking utensils and linens on the beds. The apartment surprised me because in the photos the room looked small, but it was slightly larger than I expected. We settled well. Facing a more “deserted” beach, very quiet, and we went in high season (new year). Just cross the street and you are already on the beach, this made it very easy because to go to others it was a small stress with traffic and to find a place to park because the city was full, so for me it was very worth it mainly because it was very close to one of the beaches. In short we had an excellent stay, all questions and msg were answered quickly.

It's already the second time I've stayed here. oceanfront apartment with a spectacular view. Apartment size is great with 3 good sized bedrooms being the suite with TV. Churrasqueira along with the cuisine is great for a little barbecue enjoying the view of the sea. We will return!

Had a great stay! We were very well received by Carlos, who gave us clear instructions and showed us the whole apartment. The location is excellent, the apartment is literally in front of the beach, just across the street. The neighborhood is super quiet and the neighborhood felt very safe. Communication with Carlos and Siluá was great from start to finish. We recommend for sure!

Hosting is very good, close to everything the place is very quiet as well. The apartment is small, but equipped with everything she needs in everyday life and Juliana was super wanted and attentive!

My husband and I stayed a week at Sun Beach Residence in Balneário Coroados. The apartment was impeccably clean. The furniture, appliances, kitchen utensils are new, all very well decorated and the construction finish is very well done. The owners Dulce and Sol were very delicate, welcomed us very well, were available throughout the stay and even though they were close, they respected our privacy. The apartment is very close to the beach. Balneário Coroados beach is very quiet. There are no buildings with apartments, noise, traffic and lines. If you want to walk, hear the sound of the sea and rest, go there. If you don't want to cook, you'll find food options near this beach. In addition to restaurants, there are markets, pharmacies and fish shops nearby. Guaratuba's municipal administration has apparently not invested in improving access roads, but there is nothing to disrupt your vacation or rest.

Excellent! The house is part of a gated community of houses rented on the platform. We stayed at the Ostra house, which is the largest, has two bathrooms and a private garden in front of the balcony. In addition to the amenities of the house, we were able to enjoy the swimming pool and laundry, which are for common use. The place is fenced, safe and very well maintained by the owner. It's 3 blocks from the beach.

Positives: the property is new, clean and organized, the building is safe and quiet, it is very well located and has several options of places that can be done on foot, has alarm the apartment and the swimming pool with the leisure area is very good! Even though it has only one garage, the other car of ours was on the street and the region is very safe. The apartment is very well equipped and all the appliance items were working! Situations that must be scored: there are two bathrooms, but they cannot be used together for bathing, perhaps by water pressure. The air conditioning of the living room was not freezing, but the apartment is quite airy because it is on the 5th floor. The alarm is always triggered by the residents, sometimes it can trigger fire in several hours of the day. Host Sheila is very soliciting, you've answered all our questions and was always on standby to help! I recommend and stay more often! Thanks for the reception Sheila!

Clau is an excellent host, she made us feel comfortable in the apartment that met all our expectations. The condominium has several accommodations and everything is very clean and organized. We'll definitely be back more often.

The ap is delicious! Comfort and privacy, the balcony faces the lawn of the outside of the condominium, gives an impression of being home… The rooms and very comfortable beds, equipped kitchen, showers a delight and the air conditioning worked perfectly, my family and I were extremely satisfied!!! To go to the beach is just across the street, there are restaurants in front of the condominium and a super market next door, nor was it necessary to use a car. Clau a dear, very solicitous and answered all our doubts with precision, we would definitely come back more often!
