Relax with the family in this peaceful space. The accommodation is located in the forest, on Sörmlandsleden, close to the fishing lake Nävsjön and 5 km from Nävekvarn, the village at Bråviken beach. The property consists of a large kitchen for dining and socializing and a living room/bedroom with two single beds, a sofa bed 140 cm and a travel bed. There is also high chair in the accommodation. Toilet/shower/sauna/washing machine available in separate building next to the square and next to the pool/heated hot tub (costs extra)and lounge corner.

Welcome to Solgläntan, a charming extended station quarters of 90 sqm. On the entrance floor, a kitchen, living room, bedroom and newly renovated bathroom are included. Upstairs there are two more rooms of which one bedroom. Solgläntan a house on the countryside south of Nyköping close to forest, electric light tracks and sörmlandsleden. Close to road 52, in the middle of the community and a horse feed factory in the nearby area that can be noisy during the day on weekdays, but in the evenings and on weekends it is quiet. You can charge your electric car at Stigtomtagården, just a short walk away. 15 km to Nyköping, 10 minutes to Skavsta Airport, 30 minutes to Kolmården Zoo, 50 km to Norrköping and 100 km to Stockholm.

Cozy little cottage of 15m2 overlooking the bay. Swimming friendly lake 100 metres behind the cabin. Fantastic walking opportunities in Kolmårdsskogarna around the cottage! Private Shower, toilet is in a separate building 20 meters from the cabin. The cottage is equipped with the essentials for short stays. Refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle and microwave and housewares. Hot plate and grill outside. Riining water is in the shower area. Please bring your own linens and towels.

We are in a unique location with both nature and City life. It is 7 min walk to City center, 13 min walk to the harbour with restaurants, pubs, icecream and small shops( mostly in summertime). In the wintertime you can see fly fishing right outside. Stockholm Skavsta AirPort is only 15 min by car. We offer free parking outside or a garage for SEK 100/day. We have no WI-FI. Welcome to our oasis!
