Our cottage, which is accessible to people with reduced mobility, is located in the heart of nature and will allow you to take a well-deserved breath of fresh air! Located at the gates of the Mercantour Park, you will have access to many hiking trails such as the GR52, ski resorts, and beautiful forests nearby. The region is full of wonderful places to discover with family or friends. For your enjoyment, pets are allowed at no extra charge! You will even have free access to a dog training ground.

La Chaumière /Entire house formula

"La Chaumière" may be rented from May to October. The house is located at an altitude of 1250 m and was built with noble material (larch wood from the region). This charming villa has been a holiday home since its construction in 1906. The decor reflects the bourgeois atmosphere of the 1920s-30s; however, all modern amenities are available. Both rustic and romantic, the place is ideal for nature and mountain lovers! The studios can be rented independently from the rest of the house.

Chalet located in Chaumie, a hamlet between Colmars Les Alpes and Allos, 5 min by car from each of the villages. Many hikes start directly from the chalet and others are quickly accessible by car. For skiers, you are less than 15 minutes by car from the first ski slopes (10 min from Seignus d'Allos and 20 min from La Foux d'Allos).

If the chalet displays full for the dates you want, you will also find the Chalet des Loups. Note: The upper bedroom is not very high under the ceiling. Please note, the barbecue is a wild barbecue. So, if there is a prefectural order, it is prohibited. Regarding the hot tub, indicate in the description that it is a Roman bath that is in the wellness area. It's an option, as well as the sauna and everything that goes with it.
