Ξεχωρίζει για την απέραντη θέα της στο Ιόνιο Πέλαγος. Εξ αριστερών διακρίνεις την Λευκάδα, ενώ ακριβώς απέναντι οι Παξοί- Αντίπαξοι. Bei einem Gläschen Rotwein auf der Terasse können Sie mit Blick aufs Meer die schönen Sonnenuntergänge genießen und die Seele baumeln lassen. Vom Haus aus sind es etwa 3 Minuten zu Fuß über eine kleine Straße hinunter zum Strand.

A studio apartment with a view of the Ionian Sea, just 2 km from the historic centre of Preveza. The apartment features a large double bed, a sofa bed (sleeping area 130*190 cm), and a fully equipped kitchen. The seaside area of Pantokratoras is one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Preveza, with a lovely beach right below the apartment, as well as several others within less than 1 km. It can also be combined with the Ionian Blue Apartment.

The comfortable Ostrica Family House is located in the south of Corfu, almost next to the sea. It is 50 meters from a quiet beach with private access, shallow, warm waters, ideal for small children. It has a large yard with a garden, for relaxation and activities and an improvised barbecue - grill. 2 free bicycles are provided for beautiful rides in the streets of the traditional Corfu - Lefkimmi olive grove, a short distance from the residence.

Summer house on the bay

A comfortable little house with a garden that opens on the bay and the sea, offering a magnificent view of the sunset. A 10-minute walk takes you to the Alykes salt pans, where there is a "Natura" park with pink flamingos in the right season, normally in spring and autumn. Behind the house there is a private parking. Renting a car is highly recommended for getting around the area, visit villages and beaches, shopping, etc.
