Quiet and Fresh Private Space in Epsom

This guesthouse is located on the ground level of our house with separate entrance. There is a private lounge, bathroom and bedroom. It was newly built with heat pump / air conditioner during our house renovation. We are in a very central location - 10 minute drive from Auckland CBD and about 10 minute walk to Mt Eden Village and Auckland University Epsom. Here, there are plenty of lovely restaurants and cafes, as well as the main bus route from Mt Eden Village to the airport and the city.

A lovely space with plantation shutters, central heating for the cooler nights and a very comfortable queen bed. A workspace is also provided. A modern kitchen and bathroom with everything for your stay. Enjoy coming and going with your own entrance. A small private courtyard for those summer evenings. The apartment is part of our family home in a safe neighbourhood in iconic Mt Eden. We do live above so you may hear us in the mornings and usually around dinner time.

One block away is Salisbury Reserve with kiddies playground. My place is good for couples, business travellers, and families.
