The apartment is centrally located at Mühldorf train station. After a few minutes walk, you can be at the town square. There are shops for everyday needs and many good restaurants. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a residential and commercial building. There are 3 rooms with bathrooms available. Each room has a sleeping arrangement for one or two people. There is no kitchen, but there is a beautiful roof terrace. If necessary, you can charge your electric car at the wallbox.

Farm vacation

Our farm is located in the heart of the Vilstals and yet in a complete secluded location with only meadows/pastures and forests outside. The apartment has a separate entrance, is modernly furnished, with fully equipped kitchen and a top modern newly renovated bathroom. The location is absolutely quiet, but our farm is farmed. With us live many chickens, bees and our two Labrador Mädls Caro and Maya who roam freely around the farm. Holiday guests and fitters are welcome!

The 36 sqm apartment has a living/sleeping room. It is equipped with TV, Wi-Fi, a sofa bed, wardrobe and 2 chests of drawers for additional storage. It also includes a dining table with 2 chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove and oven, coffee pod machine and a kettle. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also provided. There is a shower and towels in our bathroom. There is also a cozy balcony with great views of the countryside.

Enjoy a relaxing time in our lovingly furnished YAY apartment, which was designed with lots of wood and attention to detail. The 5 box spring beds can be flexibly set up as double beds or as single beds. This means you can enjoy the spacious apartment as a group or as a couple. The apartment is right next to the train station, so you can easily arrive by train. Alternatively, there are free parking spaces available in front of the house.

Get out of the hustle and bustle - enjoy the sounds of nature on a listed farm in a secluded location, as you walk through the orchard or enjoy the orange-red sunset with a good bottle of wine by the pond. Swimming in the natural pond is possible (at your own risk). A cat has also settled in the yard. He is well taken care of and likes to stop by, so the accommodation is only suitable for guests who do not feel disturbed by this.

Cyclists are happy about the location right on the Innradweg – perfect for tours in either direction.

From the balcony, you have an unobstructed view of the countryside and the well-kept Mediterranean garden due to the location on the outskirts. Kastl is a typical Upper Bavarian village between Altötting and Burghausen. It has its own train station and has access to the public transport network.
