시내까지 걸어서 15분 정도 걸리는 위치 가는 동안 다양한 상점 있어 지루하지 않았다. 훌륭한 주방과 가까운 곳에 슈퍼가 있어 음식을 만들어 먹게 좋았으며, 가까운 곳에 커피숍이 있어. 아침에 커피 사 먹기도 좋았다. 단 주차는 상당히 행운에 맞겨야 한다 주차빼고는 완벽한 주거 환경

Nous avons vraiment apprécié l'appartement très moderne situé dans un quartier résidentiel , joliment décoré avec gout avec tout le confort moderne, d'une propreté remarquable ,il se situe à proximité des centres d'intérêts ,des restaurants et de l'arrêt de bus pour accéder au centre historique .Ce qui permet de laisser sa voiture au parking privé situé à 50m de l'établissement .Nous avons été touché par l'accompagnement de notre hôte à nous recevoir et surtout sa réactivité à nous conseiller pour le transport et toutes les visites avec pour appui les cartes détaillées qu'elle nous envoyait sur notre téléphone pour nous guider dans nos visites des sites du centre historique ,centre incontournable à découvrir absolument et qui vous laisse sans voix .Ce fut un séjour magnifique malheureusement trop court dans un très bel appartement avec une hôtesse extrêmement gentille au service de ses hôtes .Evidemment ,nous ne manquerons pas d'y retourner .Tout était parfait !

This apartment was so lovely and new. You could tell it was built to a high standard, with pincode or app access, a nice entranceway and stairs, and a lift. Everything was clean and it was quiet inside. If you're interested, the gym has really good equipment. The location is perfect, easily walkable to the old town but also a few minutes to the ferries and bus stops at the port.

Sabrina was very friendly and helpful. The accommodation was clean and well fitted. Location was good the neighbourhood a little noisy. Shops and good restaurants 10 minute walk away as was the historic centre and wonderful promenade.

I loved the apartment. It is spacious with good furniture, good bathroom, good bed. I appreciated the washing machine and clothes dry fast in the Sicilian sun on the balcony (the balcony also has a nice undisturbed view of life below). The kitchen is not for cooking big dinners, but the basics like fridge and some plates and cups are there. The apartment is situated several kilometres from the city center but bus 101 takes you to the center of Palermo directly and also to the central station. It is a residential neighbourhood in good shape, feels a bit like living with the locals. There are some small super markets and cafes nearby. Toni, my host, was a great help with everything, he even picked me up from the ferry. Easy contact.

Andrea è stato un hoste veramente gentile e premuroso. La casa, spaziosa e in un'ottima posizione, si presta perfettamente ad ospitare un gruppo di amici. Stra consigliato!

This place is incredible. The location is not only safe, but within walking distance of pretty much every place you’d want to visit. Apartment is modern and equipped with everything you’d need for a relaxing stay. Davide was genuinely sweet and responsive and cared to make sure we were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again and could not recommend higher. It’s a fabulous place!

Sergio’s place was in a great location and provided us access to many local attractions. A comfortable stay for a large group of people.

Maximilian greeted us on arrival and give us a tour of the place including anything important we needed to know. His apartment was perfect for what we needed and the pool/garden area was beautiful. Max had bikes that we could use which were excellent for getting down to the sea front of Mondello in a matter of minutes! We would absolutely return to Mondello and would definitely choose to stay here again!

We had a great stay at Valentina's place in Palermo! The flat is close to the main attractions yet so quiet and peaceful. AC working well during our super hot week 😅 and a super comfy beds! Beautiful view out of the window too! Location was amazing, walking distance to the centre, near bus stops that take you to the train station and Mondello beach! Loads of great places to eat as well, recommended by Valentina (thank you!). Valentina was so quick to respond and accommodating - so helpful! Highly recommend if you looking for a place to stay in Palermo!

We had a great stay here. The apartment is in the historic city walls with a lovely roof terrace for dining and sunbathing. It's close to the Botanic Gardens, the Modern Art Gallery and the National Museum. Sleeping arrangements are 1 double bedroom, 1 double sofa-bed in the living room, and 1 single bedroom en suite. The plumbing is excellent with very good water pressure for the shower and the toilet flush. A good, well equipped kitchen. Igea was extremely responsive and helped with local recommendations and fixing us up with a very reliable local taxi driver who did our airport transfers both ways and also took us out to the Ethnology Museum. The other sights / activities we did: Capuchin Catacombes Mondello beach Monreale Cathedral Beach at Spiaggia del Sorello (catch the train to Bagheria station and walk) Modern Art Gallery National Museum Vuccuiria market Palermo Cathedral Thoroughly recommend!

Giovanni host molto disponibile, disposto a dare consigli e indicazioni. Abbiamo avuto flessibilità di check in e check out. L’appartamento era come da descrizione, ottimo. Vicino a palazzo dei normanni ma leggermente più distante dal centro come via Maqueda. In ogni caso tutto facilmente raggiungibile con mezzo o a piedi. Vicino all’appartamento si trova una stazione di treni, comoda.

Great place. Looks even better in real. Good attention for detail and hospitality. Good location, for us it was a great location from where we could explore Palermo.

Очень хорошее тихое и чистое жилье, удобная кровать, на кухне есть все, чтобы приготовить себе еду, хозяин отвечает на любые вопросы очень быстро и всегда рад помочь. Душ и туалет чистые, есть стиральная машина, холодильник. Хороший быстрый интернет работает безотказно. Территория надежно огорожена и запирается так что можно смело оставлять свои вещи в квартире. Поскольку в Палермо тепло даже в январе, нет никакой необходимости в отоплении, это прекрасный солнечный край, где на деревьях растут апельсины и лимоны. Каждое утро здесь в окне вы видите яркое синее небо и солнце и ваше настроение сразу улучшается. Вы можете отправиться к морю, где вода теплая в любое время года и прекрасный морской воздух прогонит прочь ваши тревоги и печали. Я ездила в небольшой поселок Изола делла Фемина, буквально в двух остановках от Томмазо Натале, там великолепные завораживающие пейзажи и еще много котиков, которые украшают и так красивые места. Обязательно вернусь на Сицилию еще не раз!

Abbiamo scelto Il tempio sulle isole perché abbiamo 2 cani e volevamo che avessero la possibilità di farli stare in libertà in uno spazio recintato. La scelta è stata ottima. La casa è grande e comoda. La terrazza gode di una vista su Trapani e le isole Egadi veramente straordinari. Giacomo è un host molto disponibile. Ci ha fatto rimane l'ultimo giorno ben oltre il check in.

We loved our stay in Giuseppe’s place. Location was lovely and peaceful but easy walk to beach and into the town. The villa has everything you need and is very tastefully decorated. Giuseppe is a very helpful and friendly host. Only downside is that the jacuzzi wasn’t working during our stay so our son was disappointed. We would definitely go back again.

Antonio a toujours été réactif et répondu à chacun de nos besoins ! Le logement est très bien mais certains équipements ne sont pas suffisant pour 12 personnes comme les verres, les mugs, les tasses à café, les saladiers ainsi que la cafetière. Ce sont des points à revoir pour une villa avec ces prestations-la.

Kleines Einzimmerapartment abseits des Trubels inmitten der Natur. Ortskern dennoch gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Eigene schöne Veranda, auf der man die Ruhe (bzw. das Vogelgezwitscher) genießen kann. Gerne wieder!

Traumhafter Blick, war in der Beschreibung etwas untergegangen und die schönste Überraschung. Kinder und Ewachsene hatten viel Spaß mit dem Pool, am Volleyballnetz, dem Tischkicker und im Jacuzzi! Alles war voll in Takt. Die Anlage war riesig und sehr gepflegt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und großzügig. Können wir jedem sehr empfehlen und werden wir selbst gerne wieder buchen. Wir hatten mit 13 Leuten eine tolle Zeit!

Anna è un host molto accogliente ed attenta ad ogni esigenza dei suoi ospiti. Appartamento molto pulito, recentemente ristrutturato e dotato di tutto ciò che può servire. Posizione tranquilla e vicina alle principali località turistiche della zona. Super consigliato Grazie ancora Anna per la tua squisita ed unica accoglienza

The house is half of two attached villas. One for the guests and the host Giacomo lives in the other. The house is located in a gated compound of three villas with an electronic gate and a protected parking space. The house is nice, very clean, new and has everything one needs. There is lovely view to the sea from the upper floor. Having two newly built spotless bathrooms was really great. Giacomo’s two lovely friendly cats are often around for added joy. Unfortunately we had to cut our stay short due to unexpected loud construction works in the neighbouring villa, but otherwise we would have very much enjoyed our stay and can recommend it.
