The beach is an 15 minute walk away. This is a beach community, during the summer it is very active, you may hear music. There are boat launches nearby. Trains pass near by. This may disturb your sleep, especially if you are a light sleeper. This area is 40-50 min. drive to the Buffalo/Niagara Falls area.
