Sleeps-5 plus we have a clean pack and play for your little one. Has own keypad entrance. Full sleeper sofa in living room. One bedroom has a queen bed and tv. The 2nd bedroom has a twin bed and offers tv and a workspace. Very clean! Kid friendly and pet friendly. Pets can do their business out front. There are dogs that use the back yard.

1000 sq ft basement 1 br apt which is below my home on the top 2 floors. This space is fresh, modern style! fully 3/4 acre fenced yard for Dog guests. Private settings with some of the best views in WNY! 2 miles from town. This home has a few pets, 3 adult dogs! 2 are seniors 13 &14 yrs old so allow for some senior barks. very friendly! Also a barn with 2 horses and a cat. Environmentally friendly. And dog friendly! If you come with a pet please tell me alittle about your furry friend!
