A parking space for cars and bicycles is available. The proximity to cities such as Ingolstadt (15 min), Munich (55 min), Regensburg (40 min), and Nuremberg (55 min) can be reached by car/train.

There are three bedrooms with a double bed or a large bed. There is also a sofa bed in the attic. You can cook your favourite meals in the modern fitted kitchen. In addition to the main bathroom with two washbasins, a bathtub and a shower, there is another toilet in the attic.

Depending on the outside temperatures (approximately mid-April to mid-October), the heated, private swimming pool invites guests to relax. But a wellness room is also included. A sauna is available to you in the apartment. Are located directly on the Danube bike hiking trail in the catchment area of Ingolstadt.

The light-filled apartment is located on the top floor of our building (2nd floor). It was newly built in 2017 and, with its 100 m2, offers plenty of space to stay. You can sit in the evening sun or have breakfast outside on the large loggia. A washing machine and a dryer can be shared in the basement.
