(1 hr 10 min from Le Mans) A comfortable 45 m2 mini wooden house nestled among the trees, in the heart of the Réno-Valdieu state forest, extended by a large terrace and overlooking a beautiful 2 hectare pond. On the ground floor, a living room with a wood-burning stove and an equipped kitchen as well as a comfortable shower room. Upstairs, under the roof, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds). Set back on the grounds, the old barn converted into a dwelling.

Vous profiterez du jardin, de la forêt, et de la plaine qui entourent la maison, pour une « déconnexion totale » et un vrai bol d'air. On vous attend !
