Considering that the reservation was in the highest season where the Paredon is filled and similar to other beach areas in the country suffer from power outages, Jorge and his co-hosts were always on the lookout for my stay, even supporting with an auxiliary power system so that we could enjoy comfortably and peacefully. If there are some things to improve in terms of taps and electric capacity but otherwise the house is super equipped, very well located and with a proximity and beautiful view to the beach. I'll definitely consider staying again when I come back. Thank you so much!

We loved the stay! The photos describe as the property is, it is super large so that they can take their pets check-in and the check-in was flexible. As a recommendation I would only tell you to take into account that a gentleman arrives at the house to offer seafood and enter (through the main door of the doors with maya without notifying which we found it uncomfortable ) since from that door they indicate that they do not have keys, although nothing happened because it is quite quiet but one never knows, and as the last one I only recommend that communication be a little more fluid with guests. Otherwise it is a beautiful place to rest and relax at ease with friends or family. 💙🌊

We loved the house, it has everything for a pleasant stay, the kitchen is super complete, it has all the utensils you need, the house is beautiful and immaculately clean. The pool is the perfect size and the jacuzzi, the water has a delicious temperature. Byron and Don Hector are super friendly and helpful. I loved it, one of the best Airbnb experiences I've had. I would go back many more times!

Nelly is a good guest, she responded immediately, a very nice house with 3 mango trees almost in front of the beach, with great pleasure I would stay there again, we had a great time

The place is very nice, the rooms with air conditioning, very fresh, clean and beautiful the whole house, you have to leave the carts outside but it is quite safe, a few meters away there are restaurants, other hotels, etc, all very nice.

We went super well in the house, the number of rooms enough and expand. The stay had everything you need. especially a great opening with check-in times.

We had the most magical time as a family. This place has everything you need. The pool was cold and clean. The beds were soft and comfortable. The gardens are the most beautiful I have ever seen. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook amazing dinners. Tiff was so helpful, suggesting great food and play options. We all very much want to come back.

My family and I really liked the property. Accessible to the sea and with a good-sized pool for 16. The place is safe with a guardhouse. The kitchen is equipped with the necessary utensils. The bedrooms have comfortable beds and a bathroom. Communication with the hosts is easy and fast. Overall, we ended up wanting more vacation. We'll be back

We have absolutely fallen in love with Guatemala! Our stay at El Perdón has been so relaxing, and the place is truly beautiful. What We Loved: They were so easy to communicate with and very helpful with any questions. - Edwin the house Admin, was incredibly kind and helpful, making sure we were settled in and even taking us to the grocery store. He was a fantastic host and made our stay even more enjoyable! - The house is stunning—beautifully decorated, spotless, and so comfortable. We felt right at home. - The pool was absolutely perfect, and we loved that it had shade over it! The loungers and outdoor furniture were also great, and the easy access to the beach with that amazing view made our stay even more special. Again, thank you so much for hosting us in such a wonderful place. We truly enjoyed our time here and appreciate all the effort you’ve put into making it such a beautiful and welcoming space.
