Regularly come to Beersheva for work. This was the first time staying at Yaaqov's apartment. Far and away the best place I have stayed to date. Big spacious and bright apartment with a nice balcony. Absolutely everything needed is in the apartment - huge numbers of little extras all over: coffee machine, milk foamer, washer/dryer, plenty of pillows/blankets/sheets... The assigned parking spot is covered and private. About a 25 minute walk to Ben Gurion University. Two malls, a large grocery store, a bakery, Asian food store and many other shops in very close walking distance. Yaaqov was always available to answer any question. Just a great place. Will absolutely stay here again next time I am coming to town. Indeed, I booked the apartment for an additional 3 weeks because it was so nice and convenient.

We arrived for a day's stay, and the apartment was comfortable, tidy and equipped and in a quiet neighborhood, close to consumers and restaurants. We arrived on a cold night especially in the winter, the air conditioners worked well, but Haggai took care of us especially at our request for an extra blanket just in case, was communicative and friendly and recommended places to stay. We look forward to returning in the future. Thank you!
