From the farm, depending on the season you can buy fresh eggs, honey, fruits and vegetables. Examples of excursions by bike are Mälsåkers Castle (about 4 km) or Åsa burial field (about 1 km). In the heart of the village of Brunnsta you will find this peaceful and quiet accommodation. Here you live rural but still close to surrounding cities like Stockholm and Uppsala and Arlanda airport. There are public transport by bus 1 km from the property and long-distance trains and commuter trains 8 km from the property. The accommodation is mainly for 2 people but an extra bed can be set up. At a cost of SEK 200/night, a nearby cottage on the property can also be used as a sleeping place for an additional person.

View of the golf course with little lake. Walking paths in the forest and nature conservation area. Rural Cafe/restaurant/shop is 5-10 minutes walk away. Golf and padel court as well as Mälaren with a swimming area about: 200 m away. Possibility to rent a rowboat and sup boards are available.

Guest apartment next to the lake Mälaren

The guest apartment is on top of our double garage. The place is about 40 sqm, and the ceiling is quite low at some places (please check the photos). We live in a house about 50 meters in front of the apartment. From the apartment you reach (by foot) the train station in 3 minutes, the city center in 10 minutes and the dome church in 5 minutes. We have bikes, skate ramp, SUP and other things if you wish to borrow :) Towels and bed sheets are included.

Welcome to our carefully renovated house from the 1600s! Here you live next to Strängnäs Cathedral and have the city center nearby. Our charming house also has an exciting story to tell. The house has had the privilege of being included in the popular history and building conservation program on TV, SVT "Det sitter i väggarna" in the fall of 2023.
