Everything was very nice.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The property is very close to the beach and so we had great views and the sound of the surf to sleep by. We had a little difficulty at check-in, but that was because we arrived early and had to wait two hours before the guard would let us in. We understood the security measures, but it did cause some difficulty with luggage. The view of the ocean, the pool and the Jacuzzi were a nice addition. The only issue with the Jacuzzi is that it was not very warm and the workers who adjust the temperature apparently leave early in the evening. We certainly recommend the property to other vacationers and would return to this location again because it was quiet and secure.

The excellent place is as in the photos, very good location and it is about 6 minutes walking from the beach. Daniel is always very friendly and attentive to solve our doubts. 100% recommended would come back next time

Emilio's apartment is very comfortable and conveniently located, communication was very fluid and Emilio is super friendly. I would definitely come back.

Juan is very friendly and responsive to all recommendations , the apartment has all the amenities near the beach , very clean and complete , the person who serves very rich cuisine and is friendly .. really a place to rest and return ..

The place is just like what was published in the photos, Gabriela helped me in everything and was always on order, the place was very cozy and it is well maintained both the apartment and the pool, I recommend it and I would go again in the future, 10/10

Lovely place. It’s about a 20 minute drive from the center of Pedernales main beach. Nice beach house, pool and private beach. Security guard overnight. within a 2 minute drive there is a little market for basic items, like water, soda, etc… and next to it there is a little restaurant with tradicional Ecuadorian food, such as bolones, soups, fried fish and shrimp it’s clean and and inexpensive. We had a great time over the weekend.

Mauricio's house is beautiful, it integrates with the surroundings in such a way that one feels surrounded by nature. It is also very comfortable and has everything you need. Mauricio's attention was also excellent, very kind and always attentive to us and all our concerns. I highly recommend this place and hope to be back soon.

Perfect location, next to the pool and 20 steps aways from the beach. Karina was very helpful and an amazing cook. The apartment was spacious, exactly as described. Communication with Matias was easy and quick. Hope to be back soon.

I loved the place close to the sea but not close to the shopping area! The very cozy place I only recommend the air conditioning because it is so hot !

A very comfortable, spacious apartment for my family of 4. A kitchen with the space and comfort you need. A very spacious and cool balcony. I needed the screen doors so I wouldn't have to use AC, because there was quite a breeze outside. The young woman who cleaned and cooked did a great job, I suggest hiring Karen. She was very responsible and respectful.

We had a wonderful time at Ana Maria's place!
