Quiet accommodation, ideal for going with the family and relaxing, a central location for all the activities we wanted to do, the host was always attentive to everything and very friendly.

The wonderful place to enjoy as a family and be quiet with the animals. Super good attention, very friendly with everything we needed as guests. Definitely on another visit to Baños we will come back to this place.

Great place, very clean, close to the beach, comfortable stay, very helpful hosts. Just should be aware that the property is barely ocean view. Some of pictures that have hammocks and ocean view are of the sister property across the street that you can access but not of where you will be staying. The is also no living room, social area it’s just and opened space on the first floor that is kitchen and dinning room, second floor also has hammocks. Also the house is in the town, not as isolate as you might judge from the pictures.

My husband and I spent 2 weeks in Miryan's cabin. We loved it, so close to the center of the city yet one feels like one is in the country. Miryan was an amazing host. She brought us something almost every morning: eggs from her chickens, fruit or avocado from her trees, home made breads and freshly squeezed juices. My husband and I enjoyed walking through the neighborhood, meeting new people and buying produce and the many family owned stands. The house is rustic, this is not the Ritz but if you want to truly experience Ecuadorian culture, this is the place. Miryan has three dogs that came by often to say hello. If you are afraid of dogs or just don't care for them, this is not a place for you. For us, it was a perfect 2 weeks.

Excellent choice for a family stay. A comfortable and spacious complete house. Three bathrooms with hot water shower and four bedrooms with air conditioning. Quiet place to sleep and rest and close to the main street.

Beautiful beachfront apartment with great views. Wonderful infinity pool, friendly building staff, and secure parking. Walking distance to mall and many restaurants. Would recommend.

A very comfortable, spacious apartment for my family of 4. A kitchen with the space and comfort you need. A very spacious and cool balcony. I needed the screen doors so I wouldn't have to use AC, because there was quite a breeze outside. The young woman who cleaned and cooked did a great job, I suggest hiring Karen. She was very responsible and respectful.

I really liked the Lugar would definitely stay there again, maybe something to consider if they want a wide view of the sea look for the highest floors, on the 4 floor it looks super good but we climbed the roof and it looked amazing.

I had a wonderful stay in this beautiful place! Everything was great, though I’d suggest adding tinted windows for more privacy when the shades are up in the bedroom. That aside, it was a fantastic experience, and I’d definitely stay here again!
